| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกอาชีพนักวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 452 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกอาชีพนักวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยโมเดลประกอบด้วยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกอาชีพนักวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 10 ตัวแปร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์โมเดลการถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล 8.72 ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลความถดถอยพหุคูณของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกอาชีพนักวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูล เชิงประจักษ์อย่างสมบูรณ์ คือ มีค่า X² = 0.00, p = 1.00, df = 0 และ RMSEA = 0.00 ซึ่งตัวแปรภายในทั้ง 10 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการเลือกอาชีพนักวิทยาศาสตร์ (Decision) ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายได้ร้อยละ 42.00 2. ตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกอาชีพนักวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมากที่สุด คือ ตัวแปรด้านความสนใจในอาชีพ (Interest) รองลงมา คือ ตัวแปรด้านบุคคลแวดล้อม (Model) ตัวแปรด้านความสามารถและความถนัด (Ability) ตัวแปรด้านความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน (Current) และตัวแปรด้านค่าตอบแทนและรายได้ (Salary) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting the decision making of upper secondary school students to choose scientist careers. The research sample consisted of 452 students. The research instrument employed was a questionnaire concerning the relevant factors. The model consisted of 1 dependent variable and 10 independent variables. The data were analyzed by using the principle of LISREL model analysis, using LISREL program version 8.72. The major findings were as follows: 1.The model of factors affecting the decision making of upper secondary school students in choosing scientist careers was valid and fit the empirical data with X² = 0.00 , p = 1.00, df = 0 and RMSEA = 0.00. The model accounted for 42% of variance in the decision making. 2.The decision making by upper secondary school students in choosing scientist careers received the maximum effect from the interest variable, followed by the model variable, ability variable, current variable and salary variable, respectively. |
