dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาของครูชีววิทยาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายเกี่ยวกับการสอนชีววิทยาระดับโมเลกุลในด้านเนื้อหาชีววิทยาระดับโมเลกุลที่ปรากฏในแบบเรียน การนำความรู้ทางเคมีมาใช้ในการสอนชีววิทยาระดับโมเลกุล การเรียนการสอน สื่อการสอน และการประเมินผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูชีววิทยาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูชีววิทยาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการสอนชีววิทยาระดับโมเลกุล ในด้านเนื้อหาชีววิทยาระดับโมเลกุลที่ปรากฏในแบบเรียน การนำความรู้ทางเคมีมาใช้ในการสอนชีววิทยาระดับโมเลกุล การเรียนการสอน สื่อการสอน และการประเมินผลว่ามีปัญหาปานกลาง
