dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรคัดสรรกับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการประสานงานของหัวหน้าฝ่ายการพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนและศึกษาตัวทำนายการ ปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการประสานงาน ตัวพยากรณ์คือ ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง การได้รับการฝึกอบรมหรือสัมมนาทางการบริหารขนาดโรงพยาบาล การมีคุณสมบัติของผู้นำ และการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การมีคุณสมบัติของผู้นำ การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ขนาดโรงเพยาบาลและการได้รับการฝึกอบรมหรือสัมมนาทางการบริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการประสานงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งมีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม การประสานงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. ตัวพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการประสานงานของหัวหน้าฝ่ายการพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนพบว่า การมีคุณสมบัติของผู้นำ การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และขนาดโรงพยาบาล มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยของตัวพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน .03534, .3780 และ .1096 ตามลำดับ และสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการประสานงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้ร้อยละ 52.27 ได้สมการพยากรณ์ดังต่อไปนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y’ = -.3747 + .5177 LEAD + .5167 RELAT + .0029 HOSP สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z’ = .3534 LEAD + .3780 RELAT + .1095 HOSP-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe aims of this thesis were to describe the coordinating activities of chief nurses in community hospitals to search for the variables that would be able to predict coordinating activities. The predictors were experience in chief nurse position, administration training, hospital size, leadership, and human relation. Summary of the findings were as follows : 1. Leadership, human relation, hospital size and administration training were positively related to coordinating activities at the .001 significant level. The study also indicated that experience in chief nurse position was positively related to coordinating activeties at the .01 significant level. 2. The predictiors of coordinating activities of the chief nurses in community hospitals wer leadership, human relation, and hospital size. The Beta weight of those predictors were equal to .03534, .3780 and .1096 respectively, indicated at the .05 significant level and predictors accounted for 52.27 percent of variance.
