dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียน เอกชนสายสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีจูงใจ-ค้ำจุน (Motivation Hygiene Theory) หรือทฤษฎีสองปัจจัย (Two Factor Theory) ของ เฟรดเดอริค เฮอร์ชเบอร์ก ( Frederick Herzberg ) กลุ่มตัวอย่างทีใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู-อาจารย์ที่ทำการสอนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสายสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชนกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปจำนวน 364 ฉบับ ได้รับกสับคืนมาจำนวน 340 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 93.41 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC เพื่อคำนวณหาความถี่เป็นร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสายสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร มีความพึงพอใจในการ ปฏิบัติงาน'ในด้านต่าง ๆ อยู่ในระดับสูงทุกด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้ด้งนี้คือ ด้านผู้บังคับบัญชา ด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ ด้านการยอมรับนับถือและความรู้สึกในผลสำเร็จ ด้านสภาพการทำงาน ด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร ด้านความลัมพันธ์อันดีในหน่วยงาน ด้านความมั่นคงและความเจริญ ก้าวหน้า และด้านรายได้และสวัสดิการ เมื่อพิจารณาทุกด้านโดยภาพรวม พบว่า ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสายสามัญศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับสูง (x ̅= 2.85)	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research is to study levels of job satisfaction of private general education school teachers in the Bangkok Metropolis, by using Frederick Herzberg's Motivation Hygiene Theory or two Factor Theory. The sample group for the research consisted of teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Private Education Commission. 364 questionnaires were sent to those teachers and 340, or 93.41% of the questionnaires, were returned. The information received was analyzed by the SPSS/PC program to obtain its frequency in terms of percentages, means and its standard deviation values. The result of the research is that the private general education teachers were highly satisfied with all aspects of their job, with the highest to lowest degree of satisfaction as follows: their superiors; type of work; respect for their job and their attitude towards their work accomplishments; working conditions; policies and management; good relations within their working environment; stability and progress; and salaries and welfare. Overall, the results indicated that the private general education teachers were highly satisfied with their job (x ̅ = 2.85).	-
