dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของบัณฑิต อาจารย์ และผู้บังคับบัญชา ต่อคุณภาพของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากภาควิชาดุริยางคศิลป์ คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพของบัณฑิต เมื่อพิจารณาจากคุณลักษณะที่กำหนดในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อแยกพิจารณาตามคุณลักษณะสำคัญ 2 ด้าน พบว่า บัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะด้านที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาประเทศ และเอื้อต่อการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นเดียวกัน และเมื่อพิจารณาลักษณะย่อยของคุณลักษณะที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาประเทศ พบว่า บัณฑิตมีความสามารถในการปรับตัว และความสามารถในการสร้างงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความสามารถในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในลักษณะย่อยของคุณลักษณะด้านที่เอื้อต่อการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า บัณฑิตมีความสามารถด้านความรู้ความสามารถเกี่ยวกับอาชีพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีคุณสมบัติด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อจากคำถามทั้งหมด จำนวน 60 ข้อ พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามโดยส่วนรวมเห็นว่า บัณฑิตมีคุณสมบัติอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2 ข้อ ได้แก่ การมีทักษะในการประพันธ์เพลง และสามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานใหม่ได้
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of graduates, faculty and employers towards the quality of graduates with music major from Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University. The study revealed that the quality of graduates, considered from two main categories, the attributes beneficial for national development and work performance, were moderate. As for the sub-categories of the attributes beneficial for national development, those rated at moderate level were the ability for self-adjustment and creating new jobs but the ability to run small business was high. When the attributes beneficial for work performance were considered, it was found that vocational knowledge and ability of the graduates were considered moderate while ethics and moral were rated high. Out of the sixty items of attributes specified in the questionnaire, two were rated low. They were composition skills and creativity.
