| dc.description.abstract | การเสียชีวิตจากการจมน้ำในเด็กวัยเรียน กำลังเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญ ของประเทศไทย ซึ่งเด็กวัยเรียนจำเป็นต้องมีพฤติกรรมป้องกันการจมน้ำที่เหมาะสม การวิจัย เชิงสหสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมป้องกันการจมน้ำในเด็กวัยเรียน และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และสภาพแวดล้อม ทางกายภาพ กับพฤติกรรมป้องกันการจมน้ำในเด็กวัยเรียน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เด็กวัยเรียนอายุ 6-10 ปี จำนวน 213 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมป้องกันการจมน้ำ ความรู้ การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ได้ผ่านการตรวจความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม ได้เท่ากับ 1.00, .70, .88, .77, .76 และ .78 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.เด็กวัยเรียน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีพฤติกรรมป้องกันการจมน้ำโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ([Mean] = 34.67, SD = 3.09) 2.ความรู้ การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมป้องกันการจมน้ำในเด็กวัยเรียน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .22, .23, .40 และ .18 ตามลำดับ) | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Drowning in school-age children are a major public health in Thailand. They must have the drowning preventive behaviors appropriately. The purposes of this correlational research were to study the drowning behaviors and to examine the correlation between knowledge, perceived susceptibility, social support, and physical environment with drowning preventive behaviors among school-age children, Northeastern region. Two hundred and thirteen school children aged 6-10 years were recruited by the multistage random sampling technique in the primary public schools, Office of the Basic Commission, Ministry of Education. A set of the questionnaires composed of demographic data, drowning preventive behaviors, knowledge, perceived susceptibility, social support, and physical environment. All questionnaires were tested for content validities by five experts, and the reliabilities were 1.00, .70, .88, .77, .76, and .78, respectively. Descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient were used to analyze data. The results revealed that : 1.The mean score of drowning preventive behaviors among school-age children, Northeastern region was at a high level ([Mean] = 34.67, SD = 3.09). 2.Knowledge, perceived susceptibility, social support, and physical environment were positively related to drowning preventive behaviors among school-age children, Northeastern region (r = .22, .23, .40, and .18, respectively). | en_US |
