| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ และระบุคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพที่เป็นความต้องการจำเป็นของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู (2) เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาโปรแกรม IPCA-AI ที่สร้างเสริมความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ และคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพสำหรับนิสิตนักศึกษาครู (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ และคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู ก่อนและหลังทดลองใช้โปรแกรม IPCA-AI รวมถึงเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม และ (4) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรม IPCA-AI การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาระดับความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ และการระบุคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพที่เป็นความต้องการจำเป็นของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู ด้วยการวิจัยประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น ระยะที่ 2 การสร้างและพัฒนาโปรแกรม IPCA-AI ด้วยการวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดสองครั้ง และระยะที่ 3 การทดลองใช้จริงโปรแกรม IPCA-AI ด้วยการวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบสี่กลุ่มโซโลมอน ตัวอย่างการทดลองใช้จริงโปรแกรม IPCA-AI เป็นนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 156 คน แบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 39 คน คือ กลุ่มทดลองที่ได้ทำ-ไม่ได้ทำแบบสอบถามก่อนการใช้โปรแกรม และกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้ทำ-ไม่ได้ทำแบบสอบถามก่อนการศึกษาเอกสารด้านการใช้เวลา ทั้งนี้ควบคุมความเท่าเทียมของตัวอย่างทั้ง 4 กลุ่ม ด้วยวิธีการ propensity score matching เครื่องมือสำคัญ ประกอบไปด้วย โปรแกรม IPCA-AI แผนการจัดกิจกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับโปรแกรม มาตรความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ มาตรการวางแผนอาชีพ และ มาตรคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนตัวแปรพหุนามแบบสองทาง และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นิสิตมีความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพที่เป็นความต้องการจำเป็นของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู คือ การมีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีในเรื่องที่ตนเองสอน ซึ่งคุณลักษณะนี้ได้ผนวกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเป้าหมายการพัฒนาตนเองในโปรแกรม 2. โปรแกรม IPCA-AI ประกอบไปด้วย 5 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ (1) การวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะงานที่นิสิตนักศึกษาครูพึงพอใจด้วยเทคนิค PCA (2) การค้นหาคุณลักษณะที่ดีในตนเองด้วยเทคนิค AI ระยะ discovery (3) การเขียนเส้นทางมุ่งสู่อาชีพด้วยเทคนิค AI ระยะ dream (4) การวางแผนอาชีพด้วยเทคนิค AI ระยะ design และ (5) การรักษาความต่อเนื่องของการปฏิบัติตามเป้าหมายด้วยเทคนิค AI ระยะ destiny 3. โปรแกรม IPCA-AI ไม่ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ และคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพทันทีหลังการใช้โปรแกรม โดยไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระหว่างกลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุม แต่โปรแกรม IPCA-AI สามารถสร้างเสริมให้นิสิตเกิดความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ และคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพหลังจากใช้โปรแกรม และปฏิบัติตามโปรแกรมอย่างน้อย 2 สัปดาห์ ด้วยขนาดอิทธิพลร้อยละ 11.30 และ ร้อยละ 9.00 ตามลำดับ 4. โปรแกรม IPCA-AI มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยสามารถสร้างเสริมให้นิสิตเกิดความใฝ่ฝันในอาชีพ และคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ รวมถึงช่วยสร้างเสริมให้นิสิตมีคุณลักษณะสำคัญหลายประการ เช่น สร้างความมุ่งมั่น และแรงบันดาลใจ ช่วยให้วางแผนในชีวิตอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม มีการสร้างสรรค์ความดีเพื่อบุคคลอื่นโดยที่ตนเองไม่เดือดร้อน แต่งบประมาณที่ใช้ในการลงทุนอาจค่อนข้างสูงกว่าสัมฤทธิผลที่เกิดขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this study were to (1) study the level of career aspiration and identify professional teachers’ characteristics as addressed by student teachers’ needs; (2) create and develop IPCA-AI program to enhance student career aspiration and professional teachers’ characteristics; (3) compare career aspiration and professional teachers’ characteristics of student teachers before and after attending the program as well as between experimental groups and control groups; and (4) determine the efficiency of the program. The study was divided into three phases: phase I studying the level of career aspiration and identifying student teachers’ needs regarding professional teachers’ characteristics using needs assessment research; phase II creating and developing IPCA-AI program using experimental research with pretest-posttest control groups design; and phase III experimenting using Solomon four-group design. Samples were 156 student teachers who enrolled at faculty of education, Chulalongkorn University in second semester of academic year 2013. The samples were divided into four groups (experimental groups with and without pretest, control groups with and without pretest). The equality of each group was controlled by propensity score matching. Importantly research tools comprised IPCA-AI program, IPCA-AI program plan, career aspiration, career planning, and professional teachers’ characteristics scales. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, two – way MANOVA, and repeated measure ANOVA. Research results revealed that 1. Student teachers had high career aspirations, and the most critical professional teachers’ characteristic addressed by student teachers’ needs was a subject matter expert, which was then integrated into IPCA-AI program. 2. IPCA-AI program composed of five activities involving student teachers: (1) analyzing preferred job characteristics with PCA technique; (2) exploring personal strengths with AI technique (discovery phase); (3) writing a career path with AI technique (dream phase); (4) career planning with AI technique (design phase); and (5) continuing progress according to plan with AI technique (destiny phase). 3. Although no significant impact on career aspirations and professional teachers’ characteristics in student teachers was found immediately after completion, the effect of IPCA-AI program was found once the student teachers continued using this program at least two weeks with effect size 11.30 percent in career aspirations and 9.00 percent in professional teacher’s characteristics. 4. IPCA-AI program was an efficient program that stimulated student teachers’ career aspirations and professional teacher’s characteristics. Moreover, it offered various benefits, namely, enhancing determination and inspiration for future career, assisting in life planning and making merit for others without self-sabotage. Due to the results, however, the allocated expenditures for this research were fairly high. |
