| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอาการทางจิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และเพื่อศึกษาอำนาจของปัจจัยทำนายอาการทางจิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรส การใช้สารเสพติด พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์ พฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียด การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว และ การแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากจิตแพทย์ว่าเป็นโรคจิตเภท ซึ่งมารับการรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยใน และรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยนอกของโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมสุขภาพจิตที่กลับเป็นซ้ำภายใน 6 เดือน จำนวน 168 คน ที่ได้จากการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยแบบประเมิน 7 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการเผชิญความเครียด แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบวัดการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว และ แบบวัดการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในครอบครัว เครื่องมือทุกชุดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน และมีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคของเครื่องมือทุกชุด ยกเว้นแบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลทั่วไป มีค่าเท่ากับ .93, .84, .78, .91 ,.85, และ .90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท มีอาการทางจิตรุนแรงระดับเล็กน้อย มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของแบบประเมินอาการทางจิต (BPRS) เท่ากับ 52.96 2. ตัวแปรที่สามารถทำนายอาการทางจิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีจำนวน 4 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรส พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง การแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในครอบครัว และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม สามารถร่วมกันทำนายอาการทางจิตได้ร้อยละ 22.2 (R²= .222) โดยมีสมการทำนายสมการทำนายในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Zอาการทางจิต = .211Zสถานภาพสมรส+.215Zพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง +.295Z การแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในครอบครัว + .161Zการสนับสนุนทางสังคม | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this descriptive research were 1) to study of psychiatric symptoms in persons with schizophrenia. 2) to determine predictors of psychiatric symptoms in persons with schizophrenia. The factors predicting variables were marital status, self-care behavior, drug compliance behaviors, stress coping, social support, family function and substance use. Research subjects which were 168 of schizophrenic patients receiving mental health treatments in outpatient department form hospitals in Department of Mental Health. Research instruments were divided into 7 parts; history into the patient, self-care behavior, drug compliance behaviors, stress coping, social support, chulalongkorn family Inventory and family expressed emotion. All instruments were tested for validity by 5 experts. The reliability with Chronbach’s alpha were .93, .84, .78, .91, .85, และ .90 respectively. Data were analyzed using mean, SD, and stepwise multiple regression. Major findings were as follow : 1. The total mean score of psychiatric symptoms for persons with schizophrenia were mild level. (X̅ = 52.96) 2. Factors predicting of psychiatric symptoms in persons with schizophrenia include 4 variables with significantly at .05 levels were marital status, self-care behavior, family expressed emotion and social support. These predictors were accounted for 22.2 percent (R²= .222). The Predictive Standardized Score function was: Zpsychiatric symptoms = .211Zmarital status+.215Z self-care behavior +.295Z family expressed emotion +.161Z social support. | en_US |
