dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบลักษณะ ตลอดจนปัจจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องของแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ของนักศึกษาสายอาชีพ และนักเรียนสายสามัญ อายุ 16 -18 ปี ในปีการศึกษา 2557 แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 60 คน รวม 120 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการวิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บ ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามการเห็นคุณค่าของตัวเอง 3) แบบสอบถามการแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference (LSD) และ Pearson Correlation ตามความเหมาะสม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับคะแนนการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง พบว่า นักศึกษาสายอาชีพ และนักเรียนสายสามัญมีการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองในระดับที่ปานกลาง และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองโดยใช้สถิติ independent t-test พบว่านักเรียนสายสามัญมีระดับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองอยู่ในระดับที่น้อยกว่านักศึกษาสายอาชีพ และยังพบว่านักเรียนสายสามัญ ที่มีเพศแตกต่างกันมีระดับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองต่างกัน โดยพบว่าเพศหญิงจะเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองต่ำกว่าเพศชาย ในส่วนแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ พบว่านักศึกษาสายอาชีพ และนักเรียนสายสามัญมีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในระดับที่มาก และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์โดยใช้สถิติ One-way ANOVA พบว่านักเรียนสายสามัญและนักศึกษาสายอาชีพมีระดับแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ที่ไม่ต่างกัน นอกเหนือจากนั้นยังพบว่านักศึกษาสายอาชีพที่มีอาชีพของผู้ปกครองแตกต่างกันมีระดับแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ต่างกัน โดยนักศึกษาสายอาชีพที่ผู้ปกครองมีอาชีพรับราชการ มีระดับแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์น้อยกว่านักศึกษาสายอาชีพที่ผู้ปกครองมีอาชีพค้าขาย รัฐวิสาหกิจ และรับจ้าง และนักศึกษาสายอาชีพที่ผู้ปกครองมีอาชีพค้าขาย และรับจ้าง มีระดับแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์มากกว่านักศึกษาสายอาชีพที่ผู้ปกครองมีอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive study was to study of comparison as well as relative factors of self-esteem and achievement motivation of students in vocational training school and high school. In total, 120 subjects of them who aged since of 16 to 18 years old in academic year 2014 were recruited by simple random sampling methods. Data collected included: personal information, self-esteem questionnaires developed by Coopersmith and achievement motivation questionnaires developed by McClelland. Data analysis was done using Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference (LSD) and Pearson Correlation as appropriate. The result presented self-esteem level of a students in vocational training school and high school, both of them was defined as moderate group of the self-esteem level but if compared them about the self-esteem by using t-test statistics, the result presented self-esteem of students in vocational training school was more than a students in high school. The factor contributing to self-esteem level was gender (women have lower self-esteem than men) of a students in high school. Furthermore, in the part of achievement motivation, the result presented both of them was defined as good group of the achievement motivation level but If compared them about achievement motivation by using One-way ANOVA statistics, they wasn’t difference. The factor contributing to achievement motivation level was careers’ parents of a students in vocational training school.	en_US
