dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาภาพรวมของงานสถาปัตยกรรมไทย โดยมุ่งศึกษาเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการจัดการการส่งเสริมสถาปัตยกรรมไทยในช่วงปี พ.ศ.2538-ปัจจุบัน (2557) ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาที่รัฐบาลมีความตระหนักถึงปัญหาการขาดแคลนบุคลากรทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมไทยจึงได้จัดให้มีการผลิตบุคคลากรที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมไทยขึ้นในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เป็นเวลานานเพียงพอที่จะทำการศึกษาถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นกับกระบวนการจัดการโครงการอาคารราชการที่มีการนำเอารูปแบบของสถาปัตยกรรมไทยมาปรับใช้ เพื่อสร้างความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของชาติให้เกิดขึ้น งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ดำเนินการโดยการรวบรวม ข้อมูลอาคารราชการกรณีศึกษาทั้งจากภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่ทำการออกแบบและก่อสร้างขึ้นใหม่ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ที่มีกระบวนการจัดการโครงการที่มีลักษณะงานสถาปัตยกรรมไทยที่แตกต่างกัน โดยทำการสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ออกแบบถึงกระบวนการในการได้มาซึ่งโครงการ แนวความคิดในการออกแบบ และ กระบวนการในการจัดการสถาปัตยกรรมไทย โดยหลังจากทำการศึกษาข้อมูลกรณีศึกษาด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ออกแบบประกอบกับข้อมูลจากเอกสารหนังสือและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง จึงได้ทำการจัดกลุ่มประเภทของอาคารราชการที่ทำการศึกษาจากกระบวนการจัดการสถาปัตยกรรมไทย แล้วจึงนำมาเรียบเรียงและสรุปประเด็นเพื่อนำไปสอบถามความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของกระบวนการในการจัดการสถาปัตยกรรมไทยเพื่อให้เกิดเอกลักษณ์ไทยในอาคารราชการที่เหมาะสม ตลอดจนแนวทางในการส่งเสริมสถาปัตยกรรมไทยในอนาคต จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้วจึงนำวิเคราะห์และสรุปผลการศึกษา ผลจากการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นที่จะต้องมีการจัดการส่งเสริมให้สถาปนิกผู้มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมไทย ได้มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการดำเนินการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมอาคารราชการนั้นจะเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่จะส่งผลดีและส่งเสริมให้ผลงานออกแบบในด้านสถาปัตยกรรมไทยมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ตลอดจนการผลักดันให้เกิดกระบวนการส่งเสริมสถาปัตยกรรมไทยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อพัฒนามาตรฐานทางวิชาชีพต่อไปได้ในอนาคต	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the overview of Thai architecture. The study was focused on the Thai architecture management process from 1995 to the present (2014) the time during which the government was aware of the shortage in Thai architecture personnel and encouraged to produce the specialists in the Thai architecture at higher education level. There were enough data and information to study the changes of the Thai Architecture management in the government buildings to build up the national identity. The research was conducted by collecting data on case studies of government buildings which were designed and built by applying the Thai Architecture during that period when there were differences in Thai architecture management process. Design architects were interviewed on conceptual design framework and Thai architecture management process. Interview data combined with theoretical framework and literature review data were classified according to Thai architecture management process. Then, the questionnaire was developed to collect data from architect experts on the Thai architecture management process which could build up the national identity and how to promote the Thai architecture in the future. Finally, the data collection was analyzed and concluded for the result of the study. The results of the study showed that there was the need to promote the specialists of the Thai architecture to be part of government buildings so that the design and the management process of the Thai architecture would be more effective and would be able to raise the standard of professional architect in the future.	en_US
