| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาถึงอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านองค์ประกอบของห้องสมุดประชาชน และปัจจัยด้านกระวนการภายในห้องสมุดประชาชน ที่มีต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของห้องสมุดประชาชนอำเภอในภาคเหนือ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 กับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของห้องสมุดประชาชนอำเภอในภาคเหนือ มีจำนวน 24 ตัวแปร คือ ผู้ใช้บริการ, ความร่มรื่นสวยงามนำเข้าไปใช้บริการ, การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์งานห้องสมุด, ความหลากหลายของหนังสือ, การมีบริการด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์, การมีบริการศูนย์การเรียน, ความสะดวกในการเดินทางมาใช้บริการ, การมีบอร์ดจัดนิทรรศการและป้ายนิเทศ, การมีการบริการแนะนำการใช้ห้องสมุด, จำนวนครั้งในการประชาสัมพันธ์, การจัดกิจกรรมแนะนำหนังสือใหม่, การใช้บัตรรายการค้นหาหนังสือของผู้ใช้ห้องสมุด, การมีการจัดหมวดหมู่หนังสือ, การมีบริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุด, งบประมาณ, จำนวนหนังสือพิมพ์ที่บอกรับ, การมีการบริการแนะแนวการศึกษาและอาชีพ, การมีอุปกรณ์ในการซ่อมหนังสือ, การตกต่างบริเวณนอกห้องสมุด, การมีการจัดนิทรรศการ, ความเพียงพอของโต๊ะ เก้าอี้สำหรับนั่งอ่าน, การจัดมุมภายในห้องสมุด, การทำความสะอาดห้องสมุด, และการเปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกเล่นแนะรายชื่อก่อนการจัดซื้อ 2. ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดประชาชนอำเภอในภาคเหนือ ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้บริการ, การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์งานห้องสมุด, ความร่มรื่นนำเข้าไปใช้บริการ, จำนวนวารสารที่บอกรับ, ความหลากหลายของหนังสือ, ความเพียงพอของหนังสือ, ความสะดวกในการเดินทางใช้บริการ, การมีบริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุด, งบประมาณ, การมีพัดลม, การจัดมุมต่างๆ ภายในห้องสมุด, การจัดกิจกรรมแนะนำหนังสือใหม่, และการทำความสะอาดห้องสมุดโดยตัวแปรทั้ง 13 ตัว สามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จได้ ร้อยละ 94.01 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of research is to study the influences of ingredients factors and inner procession factors in public libraries that effect the implementation of public libraries in the morthern region. Major findings were : 1. Twentry-four variables were to be significantly relationed to the success in operating amphoe public libraries in the northern region at the 0.001 level, such as elients, beautiful buildings are convenience and inviting, coordinating with the other officers to advertise the service of public libraries, variety of books, audio-visual services, learning center unit services, easy and convenient transportation, exhibition and bulletin display, newly introduced library services, a number of advertising times, activities to suggest new books, introducing the use of index cards, selecting books in the same group, borrowing services between other libraries, budgeting, newspapers, introducing and occupational books, book-repairing equipment, decorating outside libraries, exhibition displays, sufficient tables and chairs, arranged educational corners inside libraies, clearn, and opportunities members to recommend books before purchase. 2. The variables which jointly explain the success in operating amphoe public libraries in the northern region were elients, coordinating with the other officers to advertise the services, convenience and inviting, newspapers and tracts, variety of books, sufficient books, easy and convenient transportation, borrowing services between other libraries, budgeting, electric fans, arranged several educational carners, introducing new books, and clearn. The 13 variables which predicted the success is about 94.01% |
