dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพพื้นฐานของการเพาะเลี้ยงกุ้งทะเลบริเวณอ่าวคุ้งกระเบน ปัญหาที่เกิดจากการเพาะเลี้ยงกุ้งทะเลทั้งด้านกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ สังคม เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงพื้นที่ โดยการสำรวจออกแบบสอบถามและการสำรวจภาคสนาม ประกอบกับข้อมูลด้านอื่นๆจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบริเวณอ่าวคุ้งกระเบนเป็นบริเวณที่มีความเหมาะสมในการเพาะเลี้ยงกุ้งทะเล จึงมีการขยายตัวและเพาะเลี้ยงหนาแน่นอยู่ทั่วไป ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาติดตามมา ได้แก่ การบุกรุกทำลายป่าชายเลนอันอุดมสมบูรณ์ การเน่าเสียและการตื้นเขินในแหล่งน้ำ คู คลอง การรุกของน้ำเค็มจากนากุ้งสู่พื้นที่เพาะปลูก เกิดความเสียหายและความขัดแย้งของกลุ่มคนในสังคม นอกจากนี้กาวศึกษายังทําให้ทราบถึงปัญหาอื่นๆ ที่เกิดในพื้นที่ที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ อาทิเช่น ปัญหาทางด้านสาธารณูปโภค ปัญหาผลผลิตการเกษตรตํ่า ปัญหาการขยายตัวของอาคารอย่างขาดการควบคุมบริเวณชายหาด เป็นต้น ซึ่งปัญหาเหล่านี้จำเป็นต้องได้รับการแก้ไขโดยมาตรการต่างๆ ตลอดจนการวางแผนการใช้ที่ดินที่เหมาะสม อาทิเช่น การจำกัดพื้นที่นากุ้ง การส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาพื้นที่เพาะปลูก และการอนุรักษ์สภาพแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติให้คงอยู่ด้วยกันอย่างผสมผสาน	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	This thesis aims to investige basic situation of marine shrimp culture, around Khung Kraben Bay, and physical, economic and social problem of marine shrimp culture. In order to suggest guildlines for land development, location improvement, questionnaire and field survey including other information from concerning agencies and surveyed are acquired. It is found that around Khung Kraben Bay Area is the appropriate area for marine shrimp culture. The expansion and dense culture are commonly found. This leads to the following problems : encroachment fertile mangrove, becoming shallow of water resource, the pulling of sea water from shrimp farm to plant area led to the conflict of social benefit groups. Moreover, the study provides the understanding of other problems in areas which effect land development areas; for example, Public Utilities, low supply of agricultural product, the uncontrol expansion of building around seaside area, etc. This problems have to be solved by some measures. In addition, the appropriate land use planning such as the limitation of shrimp farm, tourism promotion associating with the development of plant areas, and the conservation of natural resource are recommended.	en_US
