dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการแก้ไขความขัดแย้งตามแบบของโธมัส-คิลแมน์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 9 โดยผู้วิจัยมุ่งศึกษาเฉพาะวิธีการแก้ไขความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 9 ใน 5 จังหวัด คือ อุดรธานี หนองคาย เลย ขอนแก่น และสกลนคร โดยใช้เครื่องมือของ Thomas-Kilamann ซึ่งมีชื่อเรียกว่า Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument พบว่าผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้การปรองดอง นอกนั้นเลือกใช้ การร่วมมือ การหลีกเลี่ยง การประนีประนอม การแข่งขัน ถ้าแบ่งตามระดับการใช้สูงที่สุดในการแก้ไขความขัดแย้งพบว่าการปรองดองและการร่วมมือใช้ในระดับปานกลาง การหลีกเลี่ยง และการประนีประนอมใช้ในระดับสูง การแข่งขันใช้ในระดับต่ำen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objective of this research was to study the conflict-handling according to Thomas-kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument of the secondary schools administrators in secondary schools under the Jarisdiction of the Department of General Education, Educational Region Nine in 5 provinces including Udornthani, Hnong Kai, Loay, Khon Kaen and Sakolnakorn. The study was found that most of the secondary school administrators chose to use accomodating , the others chose collaborating, avoiding, compromising and competing to solve the conflict. Regarding the use levels, accomodating and collaborating are at the middle, avoiding and compromising are at the high and competing was at the low.en_US
