dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการ เกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานหอผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อเอดส์และศึกษาระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานหอผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อเอดส์ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นพยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยจำนวน 177 คน และพยาบาลประจำการ จำนวน 373 คน ของแผนกอายุรกรรม-ศัลยกรรม สูติ-นรี เวชกรรมและกุมารเวช เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและแบบสอบถามระดับปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานหอผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อเอดส์ ด้านการวางแผน การจัดระบบงานการอำนวยการและการควบคุมงาน ซึ่งมีผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกผู้ป่วยต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการวางแผน การจัดระบบงาน การอำนวยการและการควบคุมงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนพยาบาลประจำการพบว่ากลุ่มที่ปฏิบัติงานแผนกกุมารเวชกรรมและศัลยกรรม มีความแตกต่างกัน เรื่องการจัดระบบงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 2. พยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการที่มีระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นในเรื่องการวางแผน การจัดระบบงาน และการอำนวยการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 3. พยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์อบรมเกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ เห็นด้วยกับการวางแผนงานสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 ส่วนพยาบาลประจำการ พบว่า กลุ่มที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์อบรมเห็นด้วยกับการวางแผนงานและการอำนวยการสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. พยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่มีประสบการณ์ดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อเอดส์ เห็นด้วยกับการวางแผนงานสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และกลุ่มที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์ดูแลผู้ป่วย เห็นด้วยกับการจัดระบบงานสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 ส่วนพยาบาลประจำการพบว่ากลุ่มที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์ดูแลผู้ป่วยเห็นด้วยกับการวางแผนงานและการจัดระบบงานสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5.พยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยรับรู้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนงาน การจัดระบบงาน การอำนวยการและการควบคุมงานทุข้ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนพยาบาลประจำการรับรู้ว่าปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนงานและการอำนวยการอยู่ในระดับมากen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were to study and compare the opinions of head nurses and staff nurses concerning ward management for HIV infection patients, and to study the level of the problems in the ward management according to the perceptions of the head nurses and the staff nurses. The study was conducted at the Regional Hospital and Medical Centers, Ministry of Public Health. The sample consists of 177 head nurses and 373 staff nurses who worked at the Department of Medical, Surgical, Gynecology, and Pediatric. The questionnaire was constructed for exploring the opinions and the problems of HIV infection ward management in the four aspects of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The major findings are as follows : 1. There is no statistically significant difference at the .05 level among the opinions of the head nurses who worked in various departments toward planning and organizing. Whereas, there is statistically significant difference at the .05 level between the opinions of the staff nurses who worked at the pediatric and surgical department toward organizing. 2. There is statistically significant difference at the .05 level among the opinions of the head nurses and the staff nurses who had time different worked experience toward planning and organizing. 3. There is statistically significant difference at the .05 level at the two comparisions. First, the head nurses who had received training about AIDS had opinions higher toward planning. Second, the staff nurses who had not received training about AIDS had opinions higher toward planning and directing. 4. There is statistically significant difference at the .05 level at the following comparisions. First, the head nurses who had experience in nursing HIV infection had opinions higher toward planning, while the head nurses who had no experience in nursing HIV infection had opinions higher toward organizing. Third, the staff nurses who inexperienced in nursing HIV infection had opinions higher toward planning and organizing. 5. The head nurses had perceived the problems of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling at the level of moderate while the staff nurses had perceived the problems of planning and directing at the level of maximum.en_US
