dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this study were to find: 1. to compare job satisfaction among persons with different personality types 2. to compare job satisfaction among persons with different Demographic factors. The samples in the research were 131 employees of Betagro Group Company. Instrumentations used in this investigation are MBTI Personality Test and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. In analysis of data using percentage, mean, standard deviation analysis of variance, standard score, one - way ANOVA, test of the statistically significance by t - test and multiple comparison by LSD. Finding of this study reveal: 1. EST J and 1ST J are the two types that have been found as the first and second most in this study and found that the first and the second of job satisfaction. 2. Employee has dimensioned two; finding information and perception that found personality type Intuition: N has high job satisfaction more than personality type Sensing: S and another personality type in other dimension have no differed in job satisfaction. 3. Job satisfaction do not differ according to demographic factors; age, work Status and salary level. 4. Male has high job satisfaction more than female and Buyer department have high job satisfaction more than accountant department 5. work experience in differ department have difference job satisfaction; 5.1 work experience under 1 year have high job satisfaction more than work experience 6 - 15 years have moderate job satisfaction. 5.2 work experience 1 - 5 years have high job satisfaction more than work experience 11 - 15 years.en_US
