dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาบทบาทในปัจจุบันและอนาคตของผู้บริหารในการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาในด้านงบประมาณบุคลากรอาคารสถานที่และครุภัณฑ์กิจกรรมและบริการของห้องสมุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้บริหารเห็นความสำคัญของห้องสมุดที่มีต่อการศึกษาและเห็นควรให้ห้องสมุดได้รับการปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นในปัจจุบันผู้บริหารมีบทบาทในการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดด้านงบประมาณน้อยมีบทบาทในการดำเนินงานด้านบุคลากรอาคารสถานที่และครุภัณฑ์กิจกรรมและบริการของห้องสมุดปานกลางในอนาคตผู้บริหารจะมีบทบาทในการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดปานกลางทุกด้านจากทัศนะของผู้บริหารที่เห็นความสำคัญของห้องสมุดและในอนาคตผู้บริหารแต่ละตำแหน่งจะมีบทบาทมากขึ้นกว่าในปัจจุบันอาจกล่าวได้ว่าในอนาคตห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาจะได้รับการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารซึ่งจะส่งผลให้การดำเนินงานห้องสมุดได้รับการปรับปรุงให้มีมาตรฐานสูงขึ้น	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to study the administrators’ roles in operating the Institute of Technology and Vocational Education Libraries concerning budgeting staffing, building planning, activities and services. The result of this research is that the administrators realize the importance of libraries for education and that the Libraries should be improved. At present the administrators play a low-key role in the budget administration and make moderate efforts to contribute to personnel management, building planning and fittings, Library activities and services. In the future the administrators will play moderate role in the said areas. Judging from the tendency of the administrators to play a more significant role in operating the libraries. It can be said that in future the Libraries will get more support from the administrators which will result in much higher standard of library services.	en_US
