dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าความลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 และอำนาจการทดสอบของสถิติทดสอบบาร์ตเลต เลอวีน และสแควร์แรงค์ เมื่อกลุ่มตัวอย่างถูกสุ่มมาจากประชากรที่มีการแจกแจงแบบปกติ โดยศึกษาจากจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3, 4 และ 5 กลุ่ม ที่มีขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างแต่ละกลุ่มไม่เท่ากัน ทำการทดลองด้วยเทคนิคมอนติคาร์โลซิมูเลชั่น โดยจำลองการทดลองด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สถิติทดสอบบาร์ตเลต เลอวีน และ สแควร์แรงค์ สามารถควบคุมความคลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 ได้ตามระดับความมีนัยสำคัญที่ระบุทั้ง ∝ = .05 และ ∝ = .01 ทุกขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา 2. สถิติทดสอบบาร์ตเลต มีอำนาจการทดสอบสูงกว่าสถิติทดสอบเลอวีน และสถิติทดสอบสแควร์แรงค์ สถิติทดสอบเลอวีน มีอำนาจการทดสอบสูงกว่าสถิติทดสอบสแควร์แรงค์en_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were to compare the actual Type I Error and the power of Bartlett's test, Levene's test and Squared ranks test for testing homogrneity of variances when the samples were drawn from normal distributed populations. Comparisons were made for the 3, 4 and 5 groups of unequal samples size. Monte Carlo simulation technique was employed for the study. The findings were as follows; 1. The Bartlett's test, Levene's test and Squared ranks test for testing homogeneity of variances could equally control Type I Error as they were nominated at the level of .05 and .01 at all sizes of samples. 2. The power of Bartlett's test was higher than Levene's test and Squared ranks test. The power of Levene's test was also found higher than Squared ranks test.en_US
