| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเชื่อทางสุขภาพอนามัยการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับระดับการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ของหญิงมีครรภ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ตัวอย่างประชากรคือ หญิงมีครรภ์ 204 คน ที่ใช้บริการของคลีนิคฝากครรภ์ในโรงพยาบาล 10 แห่ง ที่สุ่มเลือก รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ ข้อค้นพบหลัก คือ 1. หญิงมีครรภ์ส่วนใหญ่มีการรับรู้ความเชื่อทางสุขภาพอนามัย และได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมในระดับสูง หญิงมีครรภ์ร้อยละ 51 ใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ในระดับสูง 2. การรับรู้ภาวะคุกคามของโรคแทรกซ้อน การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์สัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ ส่วนการรับรู้อุปสรรค์ของการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์สัมพันธ์ทางลบกับระดับการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 การสนับสนุนทางวัตถุไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ 3. การสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์ การสนับสนุนทางวัตถุ การได้รับการยอมรับและเห็นคุณค่าและการสนับสนุนโดยให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร สัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการรับรู้ภาวะคุกคามของโรคแทรกซ้อน และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ และสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการรับรู้อุปสรรคของการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์ระดับการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ได้ดี ได้แก่ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ การสนับสนุนโดยให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการรับรู้อุปสรรคของการใช้บริการฝากครรภ์ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The main purposes of this research were to study and to fine the correlation of health beliefs, social supports and the prenatal services utilization of pregnant women in the northeastern region. A total of 204 pregnant women who used services at 10 hospitals random by selected prenatal clinics participated in this study. The interview schedules were used to collect data. The major findings were: 1. Most of the pregnant women perceived health beliefs and social supports at the high level and 51 percents of them utilized the prenatal service at the high level. 2. Perceived threat of complication, perceived benefit were significant and positively correlated with the prenatol services at .01 level. Perceived barrier was significant and negatively correlated with the prenatal services at .01 level. However instrumental support was not significantly and correlated with the prenatal services. 3. The four social support variables were significant and positively correlated with perceived threat of complications and perceived benefit was negatively correlated with perceived barriers. 4. Perceived benefit, information support and perceived barriers contributed significantly to effective predication of the prenatal services utilization. | en_US |
