| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพการมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในด้านการจัดการศึกษาความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษาทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาและความสูญเปล่าทางการศึกษาข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ประกอบด้วยดัชนีเดี่ยวด้านการศึกษา 10 ตัวด้านความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา 10 ตัว ด้านทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา 22 ตัวและด้านความสูญเปล่าทางการศึกษา 6 ตัว การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้รวมกระทำโดยการวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบสะกัดตัวประกอบแบบภาพพจน์ และหมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธกอนอลด้วยวิธีวาริแมกซ์ เปรียบเทียบตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพการมัธยมศึกษาเป็นรายด้านด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวตามขนาดของโรงเรียนและวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันระหว่างตัวบ่งชี้รวมทั้ง 7 ตัวกับคะแนนมาตรฐานโรงเรียน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพการมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเป็นรายด้านประกอบด้วย 1.1 ตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพด้านการจัดการศึกษา มี 2 ตัว ได้แก่ ภาวการณ์สอนและการสะพัดและคงอยู่ของนักเรียน ม. ต้น 1.2 ตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพด้านความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา มี 1 ตัว ได้แก่สภาพการเป็นโรงเรียนในเขตเมืองและการแข่งขันของการรับนักเรียนเข้าใหม่ 1.3 ตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพด้านทรัพยากรทางการศึกษามี 2 ตัวได้แก่สภาพความต้องการของโรงเรียนและปัจจัยสนับสนุนคุณภาพการสอน 1.4 ตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพด้านความสูญเปล่าทางการศึกษามี 2 ตัว ได้แก่ สภาพการไม่สำเร็จการศึกษาและสภาพการออกกลางคัน 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพการมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเป็นรายด้านแต่ละตัวมีความแตกต่างกันตามขนาดของโรงเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ตัวบ่งชี้รวมของประสิทธิภาพการมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 5 ตัว ที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 กับคะแนนมาตรฐานโรงเรียนได้แก่ ตัวบ่งชี้รวมสภาพการเป็นโรงเรียนในเขตเมืองและการแข่งขันของการรับนักเรียนเข้าใหม่ตัวบ่งชี้รวมการสะพัดและคงอยู่ของนักเรียน ม.ต้น ตัวบ่งชี้รวมสภาพความต้องการของโรงเรียนตัวบ่งชี้รวมภาระการสอนและตัวบ่งชี้รวมสภาพการออกกลางคัน | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to develop the composite indicator of secondary school efficiency concerning educational management, educational equality, educational resources and educational wastage. Data consisted of 10 single indicators in educational management, 10 single indicators in educational equality, 22 single indicators in educational resources, and 6 single indicators in educational wastage. Factor analysis method by Image factoring and Varimax rotation method was used to find the composite indicators. Comparing composite indicators among school of different sizes, one - way analysis of variance was used and compare the effect on the score of school standard, correlation analysis was employed. The major findings were as follows: 1. Composite indictors of secondary education efficiency consisted of 7 indicators. 1.1 2 composite indicators educational management were teaching loading, and student’s promotion and retiantion. 1.2 1 composite indicator educational equality was urbanization of school and competitive situation in student recruitment. 1.3 2 composite indicators educational resources were factor concerning school’s needs, and factor supporting teaching quality. 1.4 2 composite indicators education wastage were ungraduated situation, and student’s drop out situation. 2. Composite indicators of secondary education efficiency among school of different size were significantly different at .05 level. 3. 5 composite indicators of secondary education efficiency had significantly effected on the score of school standard at .01 level. They were urbanization of school and competitive situation in student recruitment student’s promotion and retiantion, factor concerning school’s needs, teaching loading, and student’s drop out situation. | en_US |
