| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ คัดเลือกวารสารภาษาอังกฤษทางการแพทย์สำหรับห้องสมุดคณะแพทย์ศาสตร์ โรงพยาลาลสงขลานครินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ โดยศึกษาจกาปัญหาทางคลินิก ซึ่งถือเป็นข้อสนเทศที่ต้องการของโรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์ และเปรียบเทียบกับรายชื่อวารสารภาษาอังกฤษทางการแพทย์ที่ห้องสมุดคณะแพทย์ศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ บอกรับ ผลการวิจัยปรากฎกว่า ได้วารสารหลักจำนวน 85 ชื่อ เป็นวารสารทางการแพทย์ทั่วไป 18 ชื่อและวารสารทางการแพทย์เฉพาะทาง 67 ชื่อ ซึ่งเป็นวารสารหลักที่มีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมทั้งวารสารที่เป็นประโยชน์และมีคุณค่าโดยส่วนรวม วารสารหลักทางการแพทย์ทั่วไปและวารสารหลักทางการแพทย์เฉพาะทาง ซึ่งถือได้ว่ามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อสนเทศที่ต้องการของโรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์ ในการเปรียบเทียบรายชื่อวารสารหลักที่ได้จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ 85 ชื่อ กับรายชื่อวารสารภาษาอังกฤษทางการแพทย์ ที่ห้องสมุดคณะแพทย์ศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ บอกรับในปีงบประมาณ 2531 จำนวน 265 ชื่อ พบว่ามีวารสารชื่อตรงกัน 58 ชื่อ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.24 ของวารสารหลักที่ได้จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งวารสารที่ปรากกฎตรงกันนี้ เป็นวารสารทางการแพทย์ทั่วไป 9 ชื่อ และวารสารทางการแพทย์เฉพาะทาง 49 ชื่อ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of the research are to select the English-language medical core journals for the Medical Library of the Faculty of Medicine, Sogklanagarind Hospital by studying the significant clinical problems which make up the branches of information needed by the hospital, and to compare the compiled core journal list with the English-language medical journals actually available in the Medical Library of the Faculty of Medicine. The results are as follows. The study comes up with 85 titles of medical core journals, out of which 18 are general medical journals, and the rest 67 are specialized medical journals, which are of great help to the physicians of Songlanagarind Hospital. These journals not only provide the physicians with sufficient information in specialized subjects but also fulfill the standard requirements and of expectations of the physician in non-specialised topics. In comparing 85 titles of medical core journals in this research with the actual 265 titles of English medical journals which the Medical Library subscribed to during 1988 fiscal year, it has been found that only 58 titles are identical (68.24 percent of the medical core journals in the research) Moreover, of this number, 9 are general medical journals and 49 are specialized medical journals. | en_US |
