dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความเป็นผู้นำของหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 12 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอมีพฤติกรรมความเป็นผู้นำ แบบที่ยึดการประสานประโยชน์เป็นหลักและแบบที่ยึดบุคคลเป็นหลักอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนพฤติกรรมความเป็นผู้นำแบบที่ยึดสถาบันเป็นหลักอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความเป็นผู้นำของหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาแล้ว พบว่า การรับรู้พฤติกรรมความเป็นผู้นำของหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ในแบบที่ยึดสถาบันเป็นหลักและแบบที่ยึดการประสานประโยชน์เป็นหลัก มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนแบบที่ยึดบุคคลเป็นหลัก ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study and compare the leadership behaviors of chiefs of district primary education as perceived by themselves and by school administrators, educational region twelve. The findings of the research were the transactional leadership style and the ideographic leadership style of chiefs of district primary education were at high level, while the nomothetic leadership style was at the low level. When the leadership behaviors of chiefs of district primary education perceived by themselves and by school administrators were compared, it was found that leadership behavior perception in the nomothetic leadership style and the transactional leadership style were different significantly at the level .05, while in the ideographic leadership style was not different significantly at the level .05.	en_US
