| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสงขลา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสงขลา เป็นแบบนักพัฒนา 2. พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเป็นแบบนักพัฒนามากที่สุด และเป็นแบบผู้ยึดระเบียบมากรองลงมา 3. มิติประสิทธิผลละมิติมิตรสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนมิติกิจสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างน้อย 4. พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสงขลา เป็นแบบมีประสิทธิผลสูงมากกว่าแบบมีประสิทธิผลต่ำในอัตราส่วนประมาณ 3 : 1 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this investigation is to study the leadership behavior of primary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the office of Songkhla provincial primary education. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The mean of leadership behavior of primary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the office of Songkhla provincial primary education falls on developers. 2. The leadership behavior styles of primary school administrators are mostly developers and following by the bureaucrats. 3. Effectiveness oriented dimension and relationship oriented dimension of the primary school administrators are at the medium level, but the task oriented dimension is relatively at the low level. 4. The leadership behavior of primary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the office of Songkhla provincial primary education, there are more effectiveness types than less effectiveness types at the ratio of 3 : 1. |
