dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลหมายจับและแผนประทุษกรรมคนร้ายในสถานีตำรวจ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การพิมพ์รายงาน การสืบค้น ตลอดจนให้สารสนเทศที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้บริหารในระดับสถานีตำรวจ ระบบนี้ใช้กับเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ในลักษณะทำงานแบบเครื่องเดียว ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการไมโครซอฟต์วินโดวส์ 3.11 โดยแบ่งการออกแบบและพัฒนาเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ระบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับการประมวลผลส่วนหน้าที่มีส่วนติดต่อกับผู้ใช้แบบกราฟิก และระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์สำหรับการประมวลผลส่วนหลัง ซึ่งทำให้สามารถโยกย้ายไปสู่ระบบที่มีสถาปัตยกรรมแบบผู้ใช้หลายคนได้ง่าย ผู้ใช้ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าพนักงานตำรวจในสถานีตำรวจสามารถ จัดเก็บข้อมูล และพิมพ์รายงานทุกประเภทในระบบหมายจับและแผนประทุษกรรมคนร้ายได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว สามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลและค้นหาข้อมูลซ้ำซ้อนได้ด้วยตัวเลือกหลายชนิด ระบบสารสนเทศสามารถประมวลผลและแสดงการเปรียบเทียบสัดส่วนข้อมูลคดีแต่ละประเภทในแต่ละห้วงเวลาได้ด้วยกราฟ ตลอดจนรายงานยอดสรุปข้อมูลสถิติได้โดยจำแนกตามคดีที่ทราบตัวคนร้าย และไม่ทราบตัวคนร้าย จำนวนคนร้ายที่ถูกจับกุมได้และที่ยังหลบหนี จำนวนหมายจับที่ใช้ได้และที่ใช้ไม่ได้ ผลการสอบสวนของเจ้าพนักงานตำรวจ พนักงานอัยการ และผลคำพิพากษาของศาล	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to analyze and develop a database system of the warrant of arrest and criminal method operation in police station for increasing efficiency in storing, reporting, searching, and providing the useful information to the police station. This system comprised of a front-end application with graphical user interface and a back-end relational database management system runs on a stand alone microcomputer under Microsoft Windows 3.11 operating system. Thus, it can simplicity be migrated to the multi-user architecture. The users can store data and report in every desired forms and can search for repeating data by many aspects. The number of each case type corresponding to period of time can be displayed as graphs. The statistical summary can report identified suspect and unidentified suspect cases, arrested and non-arrested suspects, valid and invalid warrant of arrest, police’s investigation, outcome of the case by attorney and judge.	en_US
