dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า สีของหมึกพิมพ์และการกำหนดวันส่งกลับ ที่มีผลต่ออัตราการตอบกลับและความจริงใจในการตอบแบบถามที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครู-อาจารย์ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสายสามัญ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 800 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบถามที่ออกแบบขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนและทดสอบความแตกต่างของสัดส่วนเป็นรายคู่ด้วยการทดสอบสัดส่วนซี ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. อัตราการตอบกลับและความจริงใจในการตอบของแบบถามที่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า สูงกว่าอัตราการตอบกลับและความจริงใจในการตอบของแบบถามที่ไม่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 2. อัตราการตอบกลับและความจริงใจในการตอบของแบบถามที่พิมพ์ด้วยหมึกสีน้ำเงินและสีเขียว สูงกว่าอัตราการตอบกลับและความจริงใจในการตอบของแบบถามที่พิมพ์ด้วยหมึกสีแดงและสีดำ 3. อัตราการตอบกลับและความจริงใจในการตอบแบบถามที่กำหนดวันส่งกลับไม่แตกต่างจากอัตราการตอบกลับและความจริงใจในการตบของแบบถามที่ไม่กำหนดวันส่งกลับ 4. ไม่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้ากับสีของหมึกพิมพ์ การแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้ากับการกำหนดวันส่งกลับ สีของหมึกพิมพ์กับการกำหนดวันส่งกลับ และไม่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรทั้ง 3en_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to determine the effects of preliminary notification, ink color, and return deadline on response rates and sincere answers of mailed questionnaires. A sample consisted of 800 teachers from Public Secondary School in Bangkok Metropolis. Questionnaires were designed to collect the data which were analyzed by the Analysis of Variances and Z-proportional. Major findings were as follow; 1. The response rates and sincere answers of the preliminary notification questionnaires were higher than that non-preliminary notification ones. 2. The response rates and sincere answers of the blue and green ink color questionnaires were higher than that of red and black ones. 3. The response rates and sincere answers of the specification return deadline questionnaires did not differ from that of the non-specification return deadline ones. 4. There were no interactions between preliminary notification and ink color; preliminary notification and return deadline; and ink color and return deadline. There was no interaction among the 3 variables (preliminary notification × ink color × return deadline)en_US
