| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 1 ซึ่งแบ่งทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ออกเป็น 3 ด้าน ตามทฤษฎีของโรเบิร์ต แอล แคทช์ (Robert L. Katz) คือ 1. ทักษะด้านคตินิยม 2. ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ 3. ทักษะด้านเทคนิค ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จะเห็นว่าความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้คือ 1. ทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ด้านคตินิยม ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในด้านคตินิยม อยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย (¯x = 4.42) 2.ทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย (¯x = 4.41) 3.ทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ด้านเทคนิค ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะทางการบริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในด้านเทคนิคอยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย (¯x = 4.36) |
| Other Abstract: | This research was to study the opinions of elementary school administrators concerning expected administrative skills of elementary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the office of the national primary education commission, Educational Region One. The expected administrative skills of elementary school administrators, according to Katz’s theory, is in three areas : conceptual skills, human skills, and technical skills. The results of the study show that : 1. For conceptual skills, the opinions of administrators concerning the expected administrative skills of elementary school administrators were in the “agree” category. (¯x = 4.42) 2. For human skills, the opinions of administrators concerning the expected administrative skills of elementary school administrators were in the “agree” category. (¯x = 4.41) 3. For technical skills, the opinions of administrators concerning the expected administrative skills of elementry school administrators were in the “agree” category. (¯x = 4.36) |
