dc.description.abstract	พัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในการวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต และลดขั้นตอนการทำงานในการวางแผนการผลิต วิธีการศึกษาเริ่มจาก การศึกษาขั้นตอนการผลิตการวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต เวลามาตรฐานในการผลิต รวมทั้งรวบรวมปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นหรือปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การสนับสนุนการวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนการตัดสินใจที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และใช้ในการสร้างระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ ในการวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต ซึ่งสามารถวางแผนการผลิตประจำเดือน การวางแผนการผลิตประจำสัปดาห์ และการรายงานผลการผลิตประจำวัน ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งสามารถนำเวลามาตรฐานในการผลิตไปใช้ในการวางแผนได้อีกด้วย ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรม ผลปรากฏว่าระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจนี้ ช่วยในการจัดทำแผนการผลิตประจำเดือน และรายงานผลผลิตประจำวันได้รวดเร็วขึ้นอย่างมาก โดยลดเวลาได้ถึง 91.30% และ 90.90% ตามลำดับ ซึ่งส่งผลให้การทำงานของพนักงาน มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้นอีกด้วย	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To develop a decision support system for production planning and control, and to increase planning efficiency by shortening the planning process. The study include the analysis of production process, planning and control, standard time, production problems, and parameters effecting on production planning and control. Thus, the decision planning and the decision support system were set up effectively. The system efficiency was tested on daily production reports and monthly production planning of Note Printing Works, Bank of Thailand. As a result, it showed an increase in system efficiency that 90.9% and 91.3% decreased in processing times, respectively. In addition, the planner can effectively use this system	en
