| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาว่าความสัมพันธ์ในแนวหน้าหลังของขากรรไกรล่างต่อขากรรไกรบนนั้นมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามลักษณะใบหน้าในแนวดิ่งซึ่งต่างกันไปในแต่ละบุคคลและมีความแตกต่างระหว่างเพศ อายุ หรือไม่อย่างไรและเลือกวิธีที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการแสดงความสัมพันธ์ในแนวหน้าหลังของขากรรไกรล่างต่อขากรรไกรบน กล่าวคือเป็นค่าที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามลักษณะใบหน้าในแนวดิ่งน้อยที่สุดระหว่างวิธีที่นิยมใช้ 3 วิธี ได้แก่ มุม ANB ระยะ AO-BO และ AFH-BFH ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ในการวินิจฉัยความผิดปกติของใบหน้าผู้ป่วยได้อย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำ อันจะนำไปสู่การวางแผนการบำบัดรักษาทางทันตกรรมจัดฟันที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสมในผู้ป่วยแต่ละราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความสัมพันธ์ในแนวหน้าหลังของขากรรไกรลางต่อขากรรไกรบนมีความแตกต่างระหว่างเพศและอายุดังนี้ 1.1 มุม ANB มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างอายุเท่านั้น 1.2 ระยะทาง AO-BO มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างเพศเท่านั้น 1.3 ระยะทาง AFH-BFH มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างเพศและอายุ 2. ความสัมพันธ์ในแนวหน้าหลังของขากรรไกรล่างต่อขากรรไกรบนมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามลักษณะใบหน้าในแนวดิ่งด้วยความสัมพันธ์ในรูปสมการถดถอยพหุคูณดังนี้ 2.1 ANB = -46.391+0.362(SN-OP)+0.439(SNA)+0.080(SN-MP)+0.059(SN) 2.2 AO+BO ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรอิสระในรูปของสมการ 2.3 AFH-BFH = - 4.271+0.426(FH-OP)+ 0.175(FH-MP) 3. ระยะทาง AO-BO เป็นวิธีที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการแสดงความสัมพันธ์ในแนวหน้าหลังของขากรรไกรล่างต่อขากรรไกรบนโดยใช้ร่วมกับการวัดค่ามุมหรือระยะทางอื่นที่สามารถบอกตำแหน่งของขากรรไกรบนและล่างได้ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research were to study whether and how the antero-posterior relationship of mandible to maxilla should be changed regarding the vertical facial pattern of each individuals, age and sex in order to select the most suitable method to measure the antero-posterior relationship of mandible to maxilla between the angle ANB, the distance AO-BO and AFH-BFH. The knowledge from this study would be beneficial for the accurate diagnosis and treatment planning that was suitable for the individual patient. Research Results 1. The difference between sex and age in the antero-posterior relationship of mandible to maxilla was as follow: 1.1 The angle ANB had significant difference between age. 1.2 The distance AO-BO had significant difference between sex. 1.3 The distance AFH-BFH had significant difference between age and sex. 2. The antero-posterior relationship of mandible to maxilla changed regarding the vertical facial pattern in the relationship of multiple regression equations were as follow 2.1 ANB = - 46.391+0.362(SN-OP)+0.439(SNA)+0.080(SN-MP)+0.059(SN) 2.2 AO-BO had no relationship with any dependent variable in the form of equation. 2.3 AFH-BFH -4.271+0.426(FH-OP)+0.175(FH-MP) 3. The distance AO-BO is the most suitable method to measure the antero-posterior relationship of mandible to maxilla by using accompany with the other angle or distance measurements that can identify the position of maxilla and mandible. | en_US |
