dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) รวบรวมและสังเคราะห์ชีวประวัติของครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ 2) ศึกษากระบวนการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ของครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสารและแบบสัมภาษณ์สำหรับกลุ่มเครือญาติ กลุ่มลูกศิษย์ และกลุ่มผู้ที่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดจากกลุ่มลูกศิษย์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการศึกษาเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการตีความแบบอุปนัย จากนั้นสร้างข้อสรุปและนำเสนอเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ เป็นนักดนตรีไทยที่มีชื่อเสียงและมีพรสวรรค์ในการบรรเลงจะเข้ บิดาของครูปลูกฝังความรักในดนตรีและวินัยในการฝึกซ้อมดนตรีให้ครูตั้งแต่เป็นเด็ก บิดาของครูส่งเสริมการเรียนดนตรีของครู โดยการแสวงหาครูจะเข้ที่มีฝีมือหลายท่านมาสอนครู จนทำให้ครูได้รับถ่ายทอดบทเพลงอันทรงคุณค่าไว้จำนวนมาก ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น บิดาของครูยังสนับสนุนการศึกษาของครู ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการทำงานของครูอีกด้วย ครูรับราชการเป็นนักดนตรีที่กรมประชาสัมพันธ์ จึงทำให้ครูมีผลงานการบันทึกเสียงจำนวนมาก นอกจากนี้ ครูยังได้ถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ให้แก่ลูกศิษย์ ตามสถาบันการศึกษาและองค์กรต่าง ๆ อีกด้วย ในช่วงสุดท้ายของชีวิต ครูป่วยเป็นโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวและได้เข้ารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ครูมีอาการทรุดลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง และได้สิ้นลมอย่างสงบ รวมอายุได้ 65 ปี 2) กระบวนการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ของครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านผู้สอน ครูมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนในความเป็นครู ทั้งด้านความรู้ ด้านการสอน ด้านบุคลิกภาพ และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม (2) ด้านผู้เรียน ลูกศิษย์ของครูมีบทบาทในการปรนนิบัติดูแลครูและรักษาองค์ความรู้ของครู มีลักษณะของครูที่ดีและนักดนตรีที่ดี และมีวิธีการถ่ายทอดที่สอดคล้องกับวิธีการของครู (3) ด้านเนื้อหาสาระ บทเพลงที่ครูใช้ในการถ่ายทอดมีลักษณะทำนองที่โดดเด่น ซึ่งเป็นบทเพลงที่ครูได้รับถ่ายทอดมาจากครูโบราณและเป็นบทเพลงที่ครูได้ประพันธ์ขึ้นมาใหม่ ครูให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นฐานการบรรเลงจะเข้ เทคนิคในการบรรเลงจะเข้ของครูมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว (4) ด้านการเรียนการสอน ครูมีบทบาทสำคัญในการถ่ายทอดและใช้วิธีการถ่ายทอดแบบท่องจำ ซึ่งทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้และเห็นคุณค่าของบทเพลง ครูมีขั้นตอนการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ที่เริ่มจากการพิจารณาพื้นฐานของผู้เรียน จนกระทั่งผู้เรียนสามารถบรรเลงได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติและเป็นต้นแบบในการถ่ายทอดต่อไปได้	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to 1) gather and synthesize biography of Ratee Wisetsurakarn and 2) study Jakhay performance transmission process of Ratee Wisetsurakarn. The methodology of this study was qualitative research. Instruments included documentary record form and interview protocols for her relative, her students, and those who were taught by her students. The data was gathered through documents and interviews with key informants and analyzed by content analysis and inductive interpretation. Then the researcher created a conclusion and presented in the narrative form. The research results were as follows: 1) Ratee Wisetsurakarn was a famous Thai musician and was talented in playing Jakhay. Her father cultivated her the love of the music and discipline to practice music since she was a child. Her father encouraged her to study music by finding many skilled teachers to teach her until she was taught valuable songs. Moreover, her father supported her education that affected her work. She was a government official as a musician at the Public Relations Department, so she had a lot of recording works. Besides, she taught Jakhay performance to the students at various institutes and organizations. In the last moments of life, she was ill with leukemia, and she was treated at Ramathibodi Hospital. Her sickness increased continuously, and she died peacefully at the age of 65. 2) The transmission process of Ratee Wisetsurakarn was divided into four aspects: (1) The teacher: She had the qualifications of being teacher that consisted of knowledge, teaching skills, personality, and ethics. (2) Students: Her students took care of her and kept her knowledge. Her students had the qualifications of good teacher and musician. Her students used the teaching methodologies that corresponded to hers. (3) Contents: Her composition that she learned from her previous teachers and as well composed by herself showed distinctive melodies. She emphasized to the basics of Jakhay performance. Her performance technique was unique. (4) Instruction processes: She had important roles in processes, and she used rote learning as the transmission processes made students learn and appreciate the value of songs. Her teaching procedures started with consideration of students’ basic skills so that the students could play naturally and be a model for teaching.	-
