dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการขนส่งสินค้าประเภทข้าวสารด้วยเรือลำเลียงในแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาและแม่น้ำป่าสักของประเทศไทย เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรครวมถึงหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน การวิจัยครั้งนี้จะศึกษาโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและการสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกจากผู้ส่งออกสินค้า, ผู้ประกอบการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำด้วยเรือลำเลียงและผู้ให้บริการเรือลากจูงสินค้าในแม่น้ำ จากนั้นนำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์จัดลำดับความสำคัญของปัญหาและอุปสรรค โดยเรียงลำดับจากปัญหามากที่สุดไปจนถึงปัญหาน้อยที่สุด ใช้รูปแบบการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขและพัฒนาการขนส่งสินค้าประเภทข้าวสารด้วยเรือลำเลียงในแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาและแม่น้ำป่าสักที่จำเป็นต้องได้รับการแก้ไขโดยเร็วที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำด้วยเรือลำเลียงในแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาและแม่น้ำป่าสักมากที่สุด ได้แก่ มลภาวะ เช่น ฝุ่นละออง ควัน และเสียง มลภาวะจากเรือลำเลียงที่มีขยะเหลว ขยะแห้ง ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดมลภาวะขณะที่จอดเรือ ขณะเดินทาง จากอุบัติเหตุ และขณะการขนถ่ายสินค้า ปัญหารองลงมา ได้แก่ ความหนาแน่นและการจราจรตลอดเส้นทางแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาและแม่น้ำป่าสัก ซึ่งเกิดจากการเดินเรือได้เพียงช่องทางเดียว รวมถึงลักษณะโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของแม่น้ำที่มีความลึก คดเคี้ยวและความโค้งในหลายแห่ง รวมถึงสะพานและสิ่งกีดขวางทางน้ำทำให้เกิดปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการลำเลียงขนส่งบรรทุกสินค้าทางน้ำและปัญหาคนประจำเรือ (สรั่งเรือ) ที่มีไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการขาดความรู้ความสามารถ สมควรได้รับการปรับปรุงแก้ไขอย่างเร่งด่วน	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this thesis is to investigate and analyze problem and obstacles of rice exports by barges on Chao Phaya and Pasak river, and also plan to solve these problem and overcome these obstacles. Including Guidelines to improve river transportation to be more effective. The thesis uses questionnaires survey and interviews to find out.The results are analyzed and show ranking the first priority of a problems and obstacles that are need to be improved on Chao Phaya and Pasak rivers and how to develop river transport can be used for The highest efficiency. The Thesis finding reveals that the most critical need to be improved on Chao Phaya and Pasak rivers is Pollution such as a dust, smog and Noise pollution. there is also Water Pollution By Vessel / Barges such as Operational Wastes, Cargo Residues, Oil, Noxious Liquid Substances in bulk, Sewage Etc. The next concerned is Traffic in Chao Phaya and Pasak river regards to Infrastructure on Chao Phaya and Pasak rivers such as river width, depth, curvature and barges grounding during Dry season, Another problem is too much Air Draft of Barge which can’t passed under some bridges. The last one is the Problem of insufficient Barge man and does not have know how for loading and discharging cargo.	-
