dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว และเปรียบเทียบการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตามการรับรู้ของ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน อำเภอเขาชะเมา จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 40 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลอง 20 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์จากผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1)โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน 2) แบบประเมินการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว 3) แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และ4) แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม หาค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือที่ 2) และ 4)โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ .80, .79 ตามลำดับ เครื่องมือชุดที่ 3) ค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยใช้สูตรคูเดอร์ริชาร์ดสัน ได้เท่ากับ .80 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังการได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this quasi-experimental study were : 1) to compare the family functioning of family caregivers of schizophrenic patients before and after received family psychoeducation program, and 2) to compare the family functioning between family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family psychoeducation program, and those who received regular caring activities. Forty caregivers in schizophrenic patients under responsibility of Khaochamao Hospital, Rayong Province, who met and randomly assigned into experimental group and control groups by 20 subjects for each group. Research instrument were: 1) family psychoeducation program 2) the family functioning scale 3) knowledge of caregivers test 4) social support scale. These instrument were tested for content validity by 5 experts. The reliability of the 2) and 4) instruments were reported by Chronbach, s Alpha coefficient as of .80 and .79, The 3) instrument was reported by KR-20 as of .80. The descriptive statistics and t-test were used in data analysis. Major finding were as follow: 1.The family functioning of family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who receive family psychoeducation program after experiment was significantly higher than that before at .05 level. 2.After the experiment, family functioning of family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who receive family psychoeducation program was significantly higher than those who receive regular caring activities, at .05 level	en_US
