| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบรายงานการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนบุคคลในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) การสำรวจความต้องการของอาจารย์ ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม (2) การศึกษาสมุดรายงานประจำตัวนักเรียนและสัมภาษณ์ครูในโรงเรียนคัดสรร 4 แห่ง (3) การสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 และขั้นตอนที่ 2 เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาแบบรายงานการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนรายบุคคลของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม (4) การสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและแนวทางในการปรับปรุงแบบรายงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าอาจารย์ ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนมีความต้องการให้แบบรายงานการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนรายบุคคลที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีจุดประสงค์ คือ เป็นเครื่องมือในการบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลการเรียน พัฒนาการในด้านต่าง ๆ และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ของนักเรียน เพื่อใช้สำหรับสื่อสารระหว่างสถานศึกษากับผู้ปกครองของผู้เรียนให้รับทราบและเกิดความเข้าใจในตัวผู้เรียนร่วมกัน ยังผลให้ครูและผู้ปกครองสามารถร่วมมือกันติดตามม ปรับปรุง แก้ไขและพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนเกิดศักยภาพสูงสุด นอกจากนี้สาระที่ปรากฎควรมีความครอบคลุมกับหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและมาตรฐานการศึกษาเพื่อการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกระดับการศึกษาขึ้นพื้นฐานด้านผู้เรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลควรประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ประจำชั้น อาจารย์ประจำวิชา ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน แบบรายงานการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนรายบุคคลที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ 1.สาระที่บันทึก ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูล 4 ส่วนคือ ข้อมูลโรงเรียน ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลความคาดหวังและข้อมูลการพัฒนาการทางด้านต่าง ๆ ของผู้เรียน รายการที่บันทึกครอบคลุมผลการเรียนรู้ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 8 กลุ่ม ผลการประเมินการอ่าน การคิด การวิเคราะห์ การเขียน คุณลักษระอันพึงประสงค์และกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน 2. แบบรายงานการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนรายบุคคล ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 เป็นสมุด 2 เล่ม สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนต้น และสำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย เพื่อให้อาจารย์ประจำชั้นอาจารย์ประจำวิชา และผู้ปกครองบันทึกข้อมูลภาคเรียนละ 1 ครั้ง ส่วนที่ 2 เป็นเอกสาร 6 ชุด สำหรับการรายงานผลการพัฒนาคุณภาพของนักเรียนใน 6 ระดับ โดยอาจารย์ประจำชั้น อาจารย์ประจำวิชา ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3-6 เป็นผู้บันทึกข้อมูลภาคการศึกษาละ 2 ครั้ง |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this research w as to develop the student development report for the elementary students. The research procedure consisted of (1) a study of needs of teachers, parents and students of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Elementary School, (2) a review of the student reports, and indepth interview of teachers in 4 selected schools, (3) a synthesis of the data from (1) and (2) for development of the report, (4) focus group discussion for assessing the suitability and feasibility of the reports and ways to improve the reports and its manual. The research results as follows. The teachers, parents and students needed the student development report to be an instrument for recording data about learning and various development of students. The report was expected to be used as a mean for communication between school and parents. Through the reports teachers and parents were able to coorperate in supporting the development of students to reach their highest capabilities. The content of the student development report included the curriculum and the educational standards of the students. The teachers, parents and students gave information in the report. The student development report had the following features. 1. There were 4 types of date. They were school data, student background, expectations and various aspects of student development. Also, the information included the learning results in 8 groups of subjects. An evaluation of reading, thinking, analyzing, writing abilities, desirable characteristic and developmental activities were in the report. 2. The report com posed of 2 parts. Part I contained 2 books. Book 1 for grade 1 - 3, and Book 2 for grade 4 - 6. Teachers and parents wrote information in the book once a term. Part II contained 6 flies for grade 1 – 6 in which teachers, parents and grade 3 - 6 students reported information 2 times a term. |
