| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยคัดสรรที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ความสามารถของครู โดยศึกษากับปัจจัยประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จในการสอน การอนุมานสาเหตุของการสอน ประสบการณ์จากตัวแบบ ความวิตกกังวล ทัศนคติต่อวิชาที่สอน ระยะเวลาของประสบการณ์ในการสอน และการสอนตรงตามสาขาที่สำเร็จการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 410 คน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อการรับรู้ความสามารถของครู คือ ประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จ ในการสอน (.2322) ทัศนคติต่อวิชาที่สอน (.2076) และประสบการณ์จากตัวแบบ (.1948) 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลทางตรงเชิงลบต่อการรับรู้ความสามารถของครู คือ ความวิตกกังวล (-.1213) และการอนุมานสาเหตุของความล้มเหลวในการสอนจากความยากจนของงาน (-.1157) 3.ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลทางอ้อมต่อการรับรู้ความสามารถของครู คือ ทัศนคติต่อวิชาที่สอน (.1370) ประสบการณ์จากตัวแบน (.0751) ระยะเวลาของประสบการณ์ในการสอน (.0197) การอนุมานสาเหตุของความสำเร็จในการสอนจากความสามารถ (.0404) และการอนุมานสาเหตุของความสำเร็จในการสอนจากความพยายาม(.0405) 4.รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการรับรู้ ความสามารถของครูได้ประมาณร้อยละ 38 (R =.62) | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to analyze selected factors affecting teachers’ efficacy. The selected factors comprised of successful teaching experience, causal attribution of teaching, modeling observation, anxiety, attitude toward taught subject, years of teaching experience, and teaching on the subjects of their major studied. The subjects were 410 teachers in the secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis. The data were analyzed by using path analysis. The findings of the research were as follows: 1.The variables that had positive direct affect on teachers’ efficacy were successful teaching experience (.2322), attitude toward taught subject (.2076), and modeling observation (.1948). 2.The variables that had negative direct affect on teachers’ efficacy were anxiety (-.1213), and causal attribution for failure for teaching attributed to task difficult (-.1157). 3. The variables that had indirect affect on teachers’ efficacy were attitude toward taught subject (.1370), modeling observation (.0751), years of teaching experience (.0197), causal attribution for success of teaching attributed to ability (.0404), and causal attribution success teaching attributed to effort (.0405). 4. The varience of the analyzed model accounted for teachers’ efficacy was 38% (R =.62). | - |
