| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาทางคลินิกครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จของการรักษาฟันน้ำนมโดยวิธีพัลเพคโตมีระหว่างซิงค์ออกไซด์ยูจินอลกับ แคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์/ไอโอโดฟอร์มเพสด์ (Vitapex) ที่ 6 และ 12 เดือน ในเด็กอายุ 3 ปี 4 เดือน ถึง 7 ปี 9 เดือน อายุเฉลี่ย 5.6+-1.2 ปี จำนวน 42 คน โดยคัดเลือกฟันกรามน้ำนมล่างที่ตรงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดจำนวน 54 ซี่ การกำหนดวัสดุอุดคลองรากฟันให้ฟันตัวอย่างใช้วิธีสุ่ม และ ประเมินผลการรักษาทางคลินิกและภาพรังสี ที่ 6 และ 12 เดือน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ผลการรักษาและวัสดุอุดคลองรากฟันทั้งสองชนิดด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์เทสต์ (Chi-square test) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 พบว่า ที่ 6 และ 12 เดือน ฟันตัวอย่างทุกซี่ได้รับการตรวจทางคลินิกและภาพรังสี ซึ่งผลการรักษาทางคลินิกที่ระยะเวลา 6 และ 12 เดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้รับการอุดคลองรากฟันด้วย Vitapex ตรงตามเกณฑ์ความสำเร็จทางคลินิกเป็นร้อยละ 100 และร้อยละ 96.3 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้รับการอุดคลองรากฟันด้วยซิงค์ออกไซด์ยูจินอล เป็นร้อยละ 96.3 และร้อยละ 92.6 ผลการรักษาทางภาพรังสีที่ 6 และ 12 เดือน ของกลุ่ม Vitapex ตรงตามเกณฑ์ความสำเร็จทางภาพรังสีเป็นร้อยละ 77.8 และร้อยละ 88.9 กลุ่มซิงค์ออกไซด์ยูจินอล เป็นร้อยละ 48.1 และร้อยละ 85.2 ผลการรักษาทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีที่ 6 และ 12 เดือน กลุ่ม Vitapex ตรงตามเกณฑ์ความสำเร็จทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีที่เป็นร้อยละ 77.8 และ ร้อยละ 88.9 ตามลำดับ และกลุ่มซิงค์ออกไซด์ยูจินอลเป็นร้อยละ 48.1 และร้อยละ 81.5 ตามลำดับ สรุปผลการรักษาฟันกรามน้ำนมโดยวิธีพัลเพคโตมีระหว่างซิงค์ออกยูจินอลและแคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์/ไอโอโดฟอร์มเพสต์ (Vitapex) ทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีที่ 6 และ 12 เดือน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 (p= 0.059, p=0.831) | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this clinical study was to compare the 6 and 12 month success of zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE) and calcium hydroxide/iodoform paste (Vitapex) pulpectomy in 54 lower primary molars from forty-two children, age 3 years 4 months to 7 years 9 months with the average age of 5.6+-1.2 years, which met the inclusion criteria. ZOE or Vitapex was allocated to each tooth by block randomization. Clinical and radiographic evaluations were performed at 6 and 12 months after treatment. Chi-square test at p value of 0.05 was used to analyze the correlation between the two treatments. At 6 and 12 months, all teeth were available for evaluation, the clinical success rates were 100% and 96.3% for Vitapex group, 96.3% and 92.6% for ZOE group. The radiographic success rates at 6 and 12 months were 77.8% and 88.9% for Vitapex group, 48.1% and 85.2% for ZOE group. The clinical and radiographic success rates at 6 and 12 months were 77.8% and 88.9% for Vitapex group, 48.1% and 81.5% for ZOE group.
