dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษา สภาพและปัญหาของระบบสารสนเทศ ของสถาบันพัฒนาผู้บริหาร การศึกษา (สพบ.) เพื่อการนำเสนอโครงสร้างระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานฝึกอบรมของสพบ. กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ การดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์และใช้แบบสอบถามจากผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติการรวม 25 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทสของสถาบันพัฒนาผู้บริหารการศึกษายังไม่มีระบบการ จัดการที่เหมาะสม และบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศยังไม่เพียงพอ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว โครงสร้างเครือข่ายของระบบสารสนเทศ ของสพบ. ควรมีองค์ประกอบโดย สรุปดังนี้ มีการจัดตั้งศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์และประมวลผลกลาง เพื่อทำหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศ โดยการติดตั้ง File Server ที่มีค'วามเร็วสูง Pentium II 260 MHz หน่วยความจำ 64 MB ขึ้นไป มีฮาร์ดดิสก์ประเภท ULTRA SCSI ความจุ 6 GB จอภาพ SVGA ขนาด 17 นิ้ว มี CD-ROM drive 16 X มีเครื่องพิมพ์เลเซอร์ 1 เครื่อง และมี Work Station สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารเครือข่าย 1 ชุด โดยเดินสายสัญญาณ BACKBONE ไปตามอาคารที่ตั้งของหน่วยงานย่อย และกระจายแยกสู่หน่วยงานย่อยผ่าน HUB ขนาด 12 Ports ด้วยสายสัญญาณ UTP เชื่อมโยงสู่ Work Station ของหน่วยงานย่อย ที่มีความเร็วปานกลาง Pentium Pro 200 MHz หน่วยความจำ 32 MB ฮาร์ดดิสก์ ความจุ 1.7 GB จอภาพ SVGA ติดตั้ง CD-ROM drive และมีเครื่องพิมพ์เลเซอร์ 1 เครื่อง การเชื่อมต่อระบบเครือข่าย ใช้การต่อเชื่อมแบบ Ethernet ที่ความเร็ว 10 MBps บน Work Station และ 100 Mbps บน File Server จำนวนของ Work Station ที่กระจายตามหน่วยงานย่อยต่าง ๆ มีจำนวนที่ไม่เท่ากันขึ้นอยู่กับหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ และจำนวนบุคลากร ซึ่งฝ่ายบริหารทั่วไปมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในงานหลายด้าน และมีจำนวนบุคลากรมาก สมควรที่จะมีการติดตั้ง File Server สำหรับฝ่ายบริหารทั่วไป เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานมากขึ้น จากโครงสร้างเครือข่ายนี้ ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลใน File Server ได้อย่างทั่วถึงทุกจุด และยังสามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากภายนอกโดยผ่าน File Server เข้าสู่เครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต โครงสร้างเครือข่ายนี้สามารถเพิ่มขยายให้ทันกับเทคโนโลยีที่ก้าวไป และ การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศของ สพบ. ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไปในอนาคต-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study situations , problems and needs of information system , and to propose network structure of management information system for training of the Institute for Development of Educational Administrators ( IDEA ), Ministry of Education. Data from the interviews and questionair completed by 11 administrators and 14 operational personnel were obtained. The results revealed that IDEA’S information system doesn’t have a appropiate management 1 personnel and information knowledge is insufficient. To solve these problems , structure of information system of IDEA should be as follows : Data processing center should be set to control overall system by installing high speed file server (Pentium II 260 MHz 1 RAM 64 MB up or higher , Hard Disk type ULTRA SCSI .size 6 GB .monitor SVGA 17 inches, CD-ROM drive 16 X , and a set of laser printer .Backbone cable through the office building distributed to work station by 12 ports HUB was recommended . Work Stations with Pentium Pro 200 MHz .RAM 32 MB,Hard Disk 1.7 GB, monitor SVGA , CD- ROM drive and a set of laser printer were also recommended . Ethernet speed 10 Mbps on work station and 100 Mbps on File Server vvere specified as approximate connection. number of file server should be installed at the administrators which responsible various type of works. This structure provide users to access internal and external database through file server to internet. In the future this structure has been excepted to support an expanding of technology and information system development of IDEA.-
