dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานในการส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน และการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำแนกเป็นผู้บริหาร 6 คน คณะกรรมการบริหารงานสิ่งแวดล้อม 12 คน และครูผู้สอนวิชาสังคมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ และสุขศึกษา รวม 18 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 36 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสังเกต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสรุปเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ผู้บริหารมีนโยบายในการนำ ISO 14001 มาบูรณาการในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนทั้งในห้องเรียน นอกห้องเรียนและกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ครูทุกวิชานำ ISO 14001 สอดแทรกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน บุคลากรของโรงเรียน และมักเรียนทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน มีการจัดสรรงบประมาณ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การจัดหาคู่มือการสอนและสื่อการเรียนการสอน และการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้บุคลากร มีการนิเทศภายในสำหรับครู และมีการสังเกตการปฏิบัติงานเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประเมิน 2. ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน พบว่าผู้บริหารมีนโยบายเน้นการจัดสภาพภูมิทัศน์ ความสะอาดและพื้นที่ที่สีเขียว บุคลากรของโรงเรียนและนักเรียนทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน มีการจัดสรรงบประมาณ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การจัดหาหนังสือและเอกสาร และสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้บุคลากร 3. ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชน พบว่า ผู้บริหารมีนโยบายการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชน เช่น มีการรณรงค์การรักษาความสะอาด การคัดแยกขยะ การปลูกต้นไม้ และกิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์เป็นกิจกรรมหลักโรงเรียนและชุมชนต่างเป็นแหล่งการเรียนรู้ มีการจัดสรรงบประมาณ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การจัดหาหนังสือและเอกสาร และการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้บุคลากร ครูร่วมกับชุมชนประเมินผลกิจกรรม	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the operation for promoting environmental education instruction of secondary schools accredited on standardization in environmental management system in the aspects of the management of instructional activities and community relation activities. The sample were 6 administrators, 12 members of environmental administration committee and 18 social studies, science and physical education teachers. The research instruments were composed of interview and observation forms. The obtain data were analyzed by means of content analysis and then were summarized by description. The findings were as follows; 1.Instructional activities management , the administrators had the policy on integrating ISO 14001 in instructional activities both in and outside classrooms as well as extra-curricula activities. Teachers also infused ISO14001 as a part of instructional activities. The school staffs and students were participated in school environmental policy. Budget allotment, personnel development, teaching manual and instructional material and morale for the school staff were supported including school supervision for teachers. Student work observation was a part of evaluation. 2. School environment management, the administrators had the policy on landscape cleanness and green area. The school staff and students were participated in school environmental policy. Budget allotment, personnel development, books and materials on environment and morale for the school staff were supported. 3. Community relation activities management, the administrators had the policy on organizing activities with communities. Cleanness campaign, waste separation, tree planting and activities related to community devotion are the main activities. Schools and communities were learning resources. Budget allotment, personnel development, books and materials on environment and morale for the school staff were supported. Teachers and communities evaluated the activities.	-
