| Abstract: | ดัชนีชี้ วัดประสิทธิ ภาพการผลิต มีความสำคัญต่อกระบวนการผลิตของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมวิทยานิพนธ์นี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อหาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และกำหนดเป็นดัชนีชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพ เมื่อผ่านการทดลองใช้แล้ว จึงนำดัชนีชี้วัดดังกล่าวมาปรับปรุงสายการผลิต ในขั้นตอนการเตรียมการ จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการผลิตมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มปัจจัย 5 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงาน ชิ้นส่วน เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และวัตถุดิบได้นำปัจจัยเหล่านี้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการผลิต พบว่าทุกปัจจัยมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการผลิตนอกจากนี้ยังได้กำหนดดัชนีชีวัดประสิทธิภาพ 7 ดัชนี สำหรัสายการผลิตรถยนต์เชิงพาณิชย์ในขั้นตอนการเตรียมการ แล้วได้ทำการปรับปรุงดัชนีชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพก่อน จากนั้นนำดัชนีเหล่านี้มาทำการใช้และติดตามผล ผลการนำดัชนีไปประยุกต์ใช้สามารถช่วยในการปรับปรุงสายการผลิตในขั้นตอนการเตรียมการได้ดังนี้ เพิ่มอัตราพนักงานที่ผ่านการฝึกประกอบระดับเป้าหมายเพิ่มขึ้นจากร้อยละ 11.87 เป็นร้อยละ 95 ปรับปรุงงานลดเวลาการทำงานลงกว่า 61.5 นาทีจากเวลางานทั้งหมด อัตราการเกิดปัญหาชิ้นส่วนได้ลดลงร้อยละ 88 อัตราการเกิดปัญหาจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรมได้ลดลงร้อยละ 93.2 อัตราความบกพร่องของเครื่องจักรได้ลดลงร้อยละ 87.2 และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พื้นที่ชั้นวางแบบไหลได้ร้อยละ 20.9 และชั้นวางแบบเบาว์ได้ร้อยละ 25.6 นอกจากนี้สามารถเพิ่มอัตราการใช้ได้จริงของอุปกรณ์ดังนี้ ชั้นวางแบบไหลเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 13.1 ชั้นวางแบบเบาว์ร้อยละ 26.6 ภาชนะขนชิ้นส่วนธรรมดาร้อยละ 10 และภาชนะขนชิ้นส่วนพิเศษร้อยละ 84.2 ตามลำดับ และในการติดตามผลในขั้นตอนการผลิตปริมาณมากสามารถลดความสูญเสียต้นทุนโดยรวมลงร้อยละ 54 |
| Other Abstract: | Productivity indices are important for productivity in automobile industry. This thesis studied the factors having impact on productivity and determine indices for evaluating productivity. After the indices had been trailed, they were brought to improve the production line at the pilot stage. The study revealed that the factors that effected the productivity related five groups of factors : man, part, machine, facility and material. These factors were analysed through the correlated productivity and it was found that all factors effected the productivity. In addition, seven indices were proposed for the pilot stage in a commercial car assembly line. Productivity indices were improved before being adopted , trialed and followed up. The use of indices adoption improved productivity at pilot stage indicated by: The success rate of assembly training increased from 11.87% to 95%,the working time reduced by 61.5 min out of total time, the part defect rate decreased by 88%, the engineering change rate decreased by 93.2%. The machine deficient rate decreased by 87.2%, the area of facility occupation rate for flow rack and bulk rack increased by 20.9% and 25.6% respectively. Furthermore , the facility usableness rate for flow rack, bulk, normal dolly and special dolly increased by 13.1%, 26.6%, 10.00%, 84.2% respectively. Finally ,the production cost be reduced by 54 %. |
