| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อทำการออกแบบโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงตรรก และทดลองสร้างฐานข้อมูลรีเลชันนัลสำหรับงานด้านทรัพย์สินของมหาวิทยาลัย ภายใต้โครงการจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โมเดลข้อมูลที่ทำการออกแบบทำตามหลักการของเอนติตี-รีเลชันชิปโมเดล โดยพิจารณาตามกฎต่างๆของโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงตรรก การออกแบบได้พิจารณาถึงการเชื่อมโยงของข้อมูลต่างๆที่ใช้ร่วมกันระหว่างระบบต่างๆในโครงการ ข้อมูลต่างๆของระบบงานด้านทรัพย์สินเป็นข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำสัญญาต่างๆที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยทำกับผู้เช่า โดยที่สัญญาเหล่านี้ได้แก่ สัญญาเช่าอาคารพาณิชย์ และสัญญาพิเศษ เป็นต้น หลังจากทำการออกแบบโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงตรรกแล้ว ได้ทำการแปลงโมเดลที่ได้มาเป็นโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงกายภาพโดยพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสมเพื่อนำไปสร้างต้นแบบ โดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลออราเคิลในการทดลองสร้างต้นแบบ เพื่อเป็นการทดสอบว่าโมเดลที่ทำการออกแบบมานั้นได้ผลตามต้องการหรือไม่ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of the thesis is to design logical data model and to build the prototype of relational data base for university’s assets under Management Information System for Chulalongkorn University (MISCU) project. The data model is designed by considering concept of entity-relationship model together with rule of logical data model. While designing logical data model concern with data that is used among other systems. Assets system’ data is about leases that were made between university and tenants. These leases are building leases and special leases. After designing logical data model completely the develop physical data model by considering appropriation of developing the prototype by using ORACLE Relational Database Management System. The objective of developing the prototype is to test the result of the design whether it works practically or not. |
