| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บภาษีของกรมสรรพากร และความสัมพันธ์ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงผลิตภาพกับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดเก็บภาษี โดยใช้วิธี Malmquist DEA เพื่อหาประสิทธิผลในการจัดเก็บภาษีของ 119 สรรพากรพื้นที่ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2557 – 2560 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สรรพากรมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงประสิทธิภาพเชิงเทคนิคที่สูง แต่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผลิตภาพนั้นมีค่าน้อย และจำนวนข้าราชการระดับอาวุโสมีผลต่อการเพิ่มขึ้น ของผลิตภาพในการจัดเก็บภาษี | en_US |

Malmquist DEA is used to measure tax productivity on 119 offices between 2013 – 2017. The result of productivity change is low but efficiency change is high.
