dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบุคลิกภาพของผู้นิเทศงานวิชาการภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจตัวเองซึ่งใช้สำรวจ บุคลิกภาพ 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านทัศนคติ ด้านการรับรู้ความเป็นจริง ด้านการพิจารณาตัดสินต่อสิ่งที่รับรู้ และด้านแบบนิยมที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจ ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสำรวจไปยังกลุ่มประขากร จำนวน 1,200 ฉบับ ได้รับคืน มาจำนวน 996 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้นิเทศงานวิชาการภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีบุคลิกภาพ ดังนี้ 1.ด้านทัศนคติ เป็นประเภทเก็บตัว 2.ด้านการรับรู้ความเป็นจริง เป็นประเภทมีความรู้สึกและการรู้ที่รวดเร็ว 3. ด้านการพิจารณาตัดสินต่อสิ่งที่รับรู้ เป็นประเภทใช้ความคิดเป็นเครื่องมือใบการพิจารณา ตัดสินใจ 4.ด้านแบบนิยมที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจ เป็นประเภทใช้การตัดสินใจ-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study personality of academic supervisors in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Bangkok Metropolis. Preference Survey was employed to assess four dimensions of personality which were Attitude Types, Reality Perception, Consideration and Decision Making Types. One thousand and two hundred Preference Survey forms were sent to the population: Nine hundred and ninety-six of them were returned (83 per cent). The data were presented in terms of frequency and percentage. Findings: The academic supervisors in secondary schools had personality types as follows: 1)Attitude Types, they were Introvert. 2)Reality Perception, they were Sensory. 3)Consideration, they used Thinking. 4)Decision Making Types, they used Judgmental.-
