dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ ผู้ปกครองและเจ้าหน้าที่ของแหล่งก่อสร้างต่อบริการการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่จัดในศูนย์เด็กก่อสร้างเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการดำรงชีวิตประจำวันของผู้ปกครองที่เกิดในแหล่งก่อสร้างและเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงงานของโครงการศูนย์เด็กก่อสร้าง ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ ผู้ปกครองและเจ้าหน้าที่ของแหล่งก่อสร้าง มีความคิดเห็นต่อบริการการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่จัดในศูนย์เด็กก่อสร้างโดยส่วนรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วยมากกับการจัดการในทั้ง 5 ด้านคือ ด้านการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฯ ด้านแนวทางในการจัดโครงการสำหรับเด็ก ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาเด็ก ด้านการให้บริการเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนและด้านการสนับสนุนโครงการโดยประชากรทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม แต่ในรายละเอียดพบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างจากผู้ปกครองและเจ้าหน้าที่ของแหล่งก่อสร้างในเรื่องที่ผู้ปกครองและเจ้าหน้าที่ของแหล่งก่อสร้างต้องการให้การเรียนการสอนมีลักษณะเหมือนการเรียนการสอนในระบบโรงเรียนมากกว่า 2. ปัญหาในการดำรงชีวิตประจำวันของผู้ปกครองที่เกิดในแหล่งก่อสร้าง จำแนกออกเป็นปัญหาในด้านเด็กและปัญหาในด้านชุมชน ปัญหาในด้านเด็กพบว่ามีปัญหาพฤติกรรมเด็ก ปัญหาโรคภัยไข้เจ็บและปัญหาเด็กไม่มีโอกาสเรียนหนังสือ ปัญหาในด้านชุมชนพบว่า มีปัญหากรรมกรไม่เห็นความสำคัญของการศึกษา ปัญหากรรมกรขาดความรู้ในเรื่องอาชีพเสริมและปัญหาแม่บ้านขาดความรู้เรื่องอาหารและโภชนาการสำหรับเด็ก 3. ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงงานของโครงการศูนย์เด็กก่อสร้าง ด้านการพัฒนาเด็ก มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ควรขยายเวลาบริการในวันหยุดด้วยและควรจัดทดสอบระดับสติปัญญาหรือระดับความรู้ของเด็กในศูนย์ฯ ด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรเพิ่มบริการตรวจสุขภาพโดยออกตรวจตามบ้าน ไม่เพียงแต่จัดตรวจที่ศูนย์ฯ และแผ่นป้ายความรู้ต่างๆ ควรมีมากกว่านี้-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were; 1) to study the opinions of the centers’ staff, parents and construction sites’ staff concerning the Non-Formal Education services provided in the construction children centers; 2) to study the parents’ problems in daily living at the construction sites; 3) to study the suggestions to improve the construction children centers project. The findings are as follows: 1. The centers’ staff, parents and construction sites’ staff all agreed at a high level concerning the centers’ provision of services in all 5 areas. These 5 areas are the centers’ operation; the children’s project organization; the children’s learning process; the community services and the project’s support from the three population groups. In details, it was found that the opinion of the centers’ staff differs from the parents and construction sites’ staff in the fact that the parents and construction sites’ staff wanted the teaching to be more like the formal education. 2. The parents’ problems concerning daily living at the construction sites are; 1) problems concerning children, the behavior problems; the health problems; and the lack of educational opportunity; 2) problems concerning community, the lack of consideration in education; the lack of additional occupation training; and the lack of nutritional knowledge among mothers. 3. The suggestions are; 1) concerning children, the services should be provided also on holidays and the intelligent test should be done; 2) concerning community, the health officers should visit the workers from house to house and knowledge on daily living should be provided more frequently.-
