| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ของหญิงมีครรภ์และเปรียบเทียบความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีสถานภาพส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันและศึกษาตัวทำนายความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่อยู่ในภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย ตัวอย่างประชากรคือหญิงครรภแรก ครรภ์ปกติ อายุครรภ์ระหว่าง 28-40 สัปดาห์และมาฝากครรภ์ที่หน่วยฝากครรภ์ในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขที่อยู่ในภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย จำนวน 204 คน เลือกโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. หญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีความแตกต่างกันในเรื่องระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ของครอบครัวและการวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์มีความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนอายุ สถานภาพสมรสและลักษณะของครอบครัวของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่แตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ของครอบครัว การวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ อัตมโนทัศน์สัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรสและการสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนอายุและลักษณะของครอบครัวไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและสัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรส สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ได้ ร้อยละ 48.77 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research was designed to study maternal-fetal attachment of pregnant women, to compare the attachment of those who hold different backgrounds and to search for the variables which would be able to predict the maternal-fetal attachment of pregnant women who lived in the Upper Northern Region of Thailand. Two hundred and four normal pregnant women whose gestation during 28-40 weeks and attended prenatal clinics in the hospitals under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health in the Upper Northern Region of Thailand were selected as the sample by using the multistage random sampling method. The interview technique was used to collect data. The major findings were as follows: 1. Pregnant women perceived high level of the maternal-fetal attachment. 2. The pregnant women who were differ in educational levels, career, family income and planning for pregnancy showed significant differences in maternal-fetal attachment at the .01 level. There were no significant differences in maternal-fetal attachment among pregmant women who were differ in age, marital status and types of family. 3. Educational levels, family income, planning of pregnancy, self-concept, marital relationships and social support showed positively related to maternal-fetal attachment at the .01 significant level. Whereas age, and types of family were not significant related to the maternal-fetal attachment. 4. The predictors of maternal-fetal attachment of pregnant women were social support and marital relationships. These predictors accounted for 48.77 percent at the .01 significant level. | - |
