dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 20 คน ได้จากการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์จากผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ที่มารับบริการที่คลินิกจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลราชบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการให้ คำปรึกษาครอบครัว แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษา และแบบวัดลัมพันธภาพ ในครอบครัว โดยเครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์ การรักษา และแบบวัดสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ได้ค่าความเที่ยงโดยสูตรสัมประลิทธิ์แอลฟา ของครอนบาคของแบบวัดเท่ากับ .91 ทั้ง 2 ฉบับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (Paired t — test) ผลการศึกษา พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการให้คำ ปรึกษาครอบครัวดีกว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระตับ .05	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to compare medication adherence behaviors of schizophrenic patients before and after their participation in the family counseling program. The samples of 20 schizophrenic patients were recruited according to the inclusion criteria from schizophrenic patients attending Psychiatric clinic, Ratchaburi Hospital. The instruments consisted of family counseling program, Medication Adherence Scale and Family Relationship Scale. These instruments were tested for content validity by three experts. Cronbach' Alpha coefficient reliability of Medication Adherence Scale and Family Relationship Scale were .91 and .91, respectively. The study data were analyzed usingmean, standard deviation and paired t- test. The major results were as follows: Medication adherence behaviors of schizophrenia patients after using the family counseling program were significantly better than that before using such program, at p .05 level.	-
