| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแลก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทจำนวน 20 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดจากผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในชุมชนตำบลคลองหาด จังหวัดสระแก้ว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสำหรับผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดความสารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทและแบบประเมินพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท และแบบประเมินพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแล ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินเท่ากับ .75 และ .84 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่า ที (paircd t-test) ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้ ความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแลหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมพลังอำนาจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to comparc paticnts carcgiver’s ability in caring for schizophrcnic patiens before and after using empowermcnt program. Sample of this study wcrc 20 schizophrcnic paticnt caregivers in community, Klonghad Sakeaw Provincc. The study instrumcnts were cmpowcrment program for caregiver schizophrenic paticnt’s, caregivcr ability in caring schizophrcnia paticnts scalc, and cmpowcrmcnt appraisal scale. All instrumcnts wcrc test for the content validity by 3 professional experts. The reliability of the two scales wcrc .84 and .75 rcspectively. Frcquency,mcan and standard dcviation wcrc uscd for data analysis Paired t-tcst wcrc used to comparc ability of caringquality scorc beforc and aftcr using cmpowermcnt program The major findings was as follow: The carcgivcr ability in caring schizophrcnic paticnts aftcr using cmpowermcnt program was significantly highcr than bcforc received cmpowcrmcnt program at .05 level |
