dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาถึงประสิทธิภาพและความสูญเปล่าในการผลิตบัณฑิตของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษา ช่วงปีการศึกษา 2525-2529 ใน6คณะวิชา คือ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ บางพระ คณะคหกรรมศาสตร์คณะนาฏศิลป์และดุริยางค์ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ คณะวิศวกรรมเทคโนโลยี และคณะศิลปกรรม โดยวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายที่รัฐลงทุน เปรียบเทียบกับที่ผู้รับการศึกษาลงทุนผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิตบัณฑิตของสถาบันในช่วงปี 2525-2529 เป็นดังนี้ 1.1 มีความแตกต่างกันมากทั้ง 6 คณะ คณะที่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายสูงสุด คือ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ บางพระ 66,680 บาท รองลงไปเป็นคณะวิศวกรรมเทคโนโลยี 55,946 บาท ต่ำสุดเป็นคณะศิลปกรรม 20,803 บาท 1.2 ค่าใช้จ่ายที่รัฐสูญเปล่าในการผลิตบัณฑิตทั้ง 6 คณะคือ 24,120,874 บาท โดยเป็นการสูญเปล่าของคณะวิศวกรรมเทคโนโลยี สูงสุด 10,758,500 บาท รองลงไปเป็นคณะเกษตรศาสตร์บางพระ 5,579,848 บาท ต่ำสุดเป็นคณะนาฏศิลป์และดุริยางค์ 1,664,796 บาท 1.3 อัตราส่วนประสิทธิภาพการผลิตบัณฑิตเฉลี่ยรวมทุกคณะ ประมาณร้อยละ 90 คณะที่มีอัตราส่วนประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด คือ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ ประมาณร้อยละ 94-95 ต่ำสุดเป็นคณะนาฏศิลป์และดุริยางค์ประมาณร้อยละ 73-78 2. ค่าใช้จ่ายที่นักศึกษาลงทุนเพื่อการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2529 2.1 ค่าใช้จ่ายทางตรงเฉลี่ยต่อคนต่อปีของนักศึกษารวมทุกคณะ 26,026 บาท เป็นค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อการศึกษาโดยตรง 5,828 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวที่จำเป็นระหว่างการศึกษา 20,234 บาท โดยนักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมเทคโนโลยีเสียค่าใช้จ่ายสูงสุด 30,618 บาท ต่ำสุดเป็นนักศึกษาคณะนาฏศิลป์และดุริยางค์ 22,351 บาท 2.2 ค่าใช้จ่ายทางอ้อมหรือค่าเสียโอกาสเฉลี่ยต่อคนต่อปีสูงสุด คือ นักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมเทคโนโลยี 25,020 บาท รองลงไปเป็นนักศึกษาคณะนาฏศิลป์และดุริยางค์ 24,165 บาท ต่ำสุดเป็นนักศึกษา คณะคหกรรมศาสตร์ 19,413 บาท 3. อัตราส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายของสถาบัน: ค่าใช้จ่ายของนักศึกษา สูงสุดเป็นคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ บางพระต่ำสุดเป็นคณะศิลปกรรม โดยเมื่อคิดค่าใช้จ่ายรวมทั้งหมด อัตราส่วนสูงสุดเป็น 57:43 ต่ำสุดเป็น 40: 60 แต่เมื่อคิดเฉพาะค่าใช้จ่ายดำเนินการที่เบิกจากเงินงบประมาณ : ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อการศึกษาโดยตรงของนักศึกษาอัตราส่วนสูงสุดเป็น 78: 22 ต่ำสุดเป็น 51: 49 โดยสรุปการลงทุนของสถาบันกับผู้เรียน แตกต่างกันไม่มากนัก ยกเว้นคณะเดียว คือ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ บางพระ ที่สถาบันลงทุนสูงกว่าผู้เรียนมาก	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The aim of the research is to study the efficiency and the waste of the graduates production during 1982-1986 of the Institute of Technology and Vocational Education, which consists of six faculties: Agriculture, Bangphra; Home Economics; Music and Drama; Business Administration; Engineering Technology; and Fine Arts. The focus is on the comparison between the institute expense and the graduate expense. 1. The details of the institute expense were as follows: 1.1 The institute expense on each faculty varied a great deal. The expenditure of the agriculture, Bangphra was the highest-Bht. 66,680. The second highest was the Engineering Technology-Bht. 55,946. The lowest was the Fine Arts -Bht. 20,803. 1.2 The total waste was Bht. 24,120,874. The waste of producing the graduates of Engineering Technology was the highest -Bht. 10,758,500. The second highest was that of the graduates of Agriculture, Bangphra -Bht. 5,579,848. The lowest was that of the graduates of Music and Drama -Bht. 1,664,796. 1.3 The efficiency of production was 90%. The Faculty of Business Administration gained the highest percentage, 94-95%, while the lowest was the Faculty of Music and Drama, 73-78%. 2. In 1986, the details of student expense were as follows: 2.1 The average spending of student was Bht. 26,026 per year, Bht. 5,826 was paid for educational costs and Bht. 20,234 for personal costs. The student of Engineering Technology spent the most -Bht. 30,618; whereas the student of Music and Drama spent the least -Bht. 22,351. 2.2 The student of Engineering Technology paid the highest opportunity cost -Bht. 25,020 per head. The student of Music and Drama paid -Bht. 24,165 the second highest. The student of Home Economics paid -Bht. 19.413. which was the lowest. 3. The ratio of institute total expense and the student total expense was as follows: the highest was the Faculty of Agriculture, Bangphra -57:43; and the lowest was the Faculty of Fine Arts -40: 60. But when the focus was on the institute budget and the student direct expense (on educational costs), the highest ratio was 78: 22, and the lowest was 51: 49. It can be concluded that there was not much difference between the institute expense and the student expense, except the Faculty of Agriculture, Bangphra, where the institute spent much more than the student did.	-
