dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับความรู้ของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมแบบฟังบรรยายในห้องเรียน และผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล 2. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากร คุณลักษณะของระบบการประชุมทางไกล และการนำเสนอของวิทยากร กับความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาระดับความรู้ มีจำนวนผู้เข้ารับการอบรมแบบฟังบรรยายในห้องเรียน 125 คน ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล จำนวน 280 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบทดสอบ และใช้การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างกลุ่มโดยใช้ t-test กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม ผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล ได้แก่ ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น และการวิเคราะห์ผลข้อมูลใช้การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างกลุ่มโดยใช้ t-test, การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ซึ่งประมวลโดยคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ผลการวิจัยมีดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมแบบฟังบรรยายในห้องเรียน และผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล มีระดับความรู้ที่เพิ่มขึ้นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล มีระดับความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นสูงกว่าผู้เข้ารับการอบรมแบบฟังบรรยายในห้องเรียน 2. ลักษณะทางประชากร ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม ผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล 3. ความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับลักษณะของระบบประชุม ทางไกลมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. รูปแบบการนำเสนอของวิทยากร มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล 5. คุณลักษณะของระบบการประชุมทางไกล 7 ตัวแปร ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ความคิดเห็นว่าระบบการประชุมทางไกลมีความเหมาะสมในการอบรม โอกาสที่จะซักถามวิทยากร การเคลื่อนไหวของภาพ ความสลับซับซ้อนในการใช้งาน ความชัดเจนของภาพ ความชัดเจนของเสียง ความรู้สึกเหมือนการอบรมทั่วๆไป และรูปแบบการสอนของวิทยากร 1 ตัวแปร คือ ความเหมาะสมในการเลือกใช้สื่อ มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมากที่สุด โดยทั้ง 8 ตัวแปร ร่วมกันอธิบายความพึงพอใจได้ร้อยละ 57.16en
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe main objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to compare the difference of knowledge level between the trainees in the classroom and those exposed to the teleconference; 2) to study the relationship of the demographic data, teleconference system, the speaker's presentation and the satisfaction of the trainess exposed to the teleconference. For knowledge level testing, 125 trainees were trained in the classroom and 280 trainees were trained by using teleconference system. Pretest and Posttest were used to collect the data from both groups. Mean, Standard Diviation and t-test were employed. The samples for the trainees satisfaction were 300. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The result are reported in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, S.D., t-test, one-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research indicated that: 1. Gained knowledge levels between the trainees in the classroom and the trainees trained by using teleconference system were significantly different. 2. The demographic data of the trainees trained by using teleconference system was not correlated with the satisfaction of the trainees. 3. The teleconference system was correlated with the satisfaction of the trainees. 4. The speaker's presentation was correlated with the satisfaction of the trainees 5. The teleconference system includes suitability of the system to the traing, chances to discuss with speaker, movement of picture on screen, complexity of application, clearness of picture and sound and the speaker's presentation as appropriate choices of media has influence on the satisfaction of the trainees at 57.16%en
