dc.description.abstractปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในด้านคุณภาพ ต้นทุนการผลิต และการจัดส่งสินค้าของโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์บรรทุกขนาดเล็ก พบว่าปัญหาที่ทำให้ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตต่ำ ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านระบบคุณภาพ ด้านต้นทุนการผลิต การส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าล่าช้า จากปัญหาดังกล่าวผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุง โดยการจัดทำระบบคุณภาพ การลดต้นทุนการผลิต และจัดระบบบำรุงรักษา เพื่อลดปัญหาการส่งมอบสินค้า ผลจากการศึกษาวิจัยและดำเนินการปรับปรุง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต สามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. จัดทำระบบคุณภาพ เพื่อใช้ในการควบคุมการผลิต มีผลทำให้ลดวัสดุที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพก่อนนำเข้า 44.16% และลดปัญหาชิ้นส่วนที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพในการส่งมอบให้ลูกค้าโดยเฉลี่ย 31.61% 2. การลดต้นทุนการผลิต โดยปรับปรุงต้นทุนด้านวัสดุ ผลจากการดำเนินการ มีผลทำให้ต้นทุนสามารถลดลงจากเดิม 2035 บาท ลดลงเหลือ 1852.98 บาท หรือลดลง 8.94% 3. การจัดทำการบำรุงรักษา เพื่อป้องกันการหยุดของเครื่องจักรและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพให้เครื่องจักร มีผลทำให้สามารถลดจำนวนครั้งการส่งมอบล่าช้าลงได้จาก 14.16% เหลือ 7.14%en
dc.description.abstractalternativeImproves the efficiency and increasing the productivity in a small truck parts manufacturing plant. According to the result of this study, it's found the causes of low productivity are quality, cost and parts delivery delay. From these researcher suggested the method to do quality system, cost reduction and preventive maintenance. It could be summarized as the following: 1. To do quality control system. Reduction incoming materials problem 44.16%, defective parts 31.61% in average. 2. Cost reduction. Regarding cost reduction, the former average 2035 baht is reduce to 1852.98 baht or 8.94% 3. To do preventive maintenance to improve parts delivery delay. Parts delivery delay was reduced from 14.16% to 7.14%.en
