dc.description.abstractประเมินหลักสูตรนายสิบอาวุโสเหล่าแพทย์ พุทธศักราช 2535 ของกรมแพทย์ทหารบก โดยศึกษาตามกรอบการประเมินของแบบจำลองซิป (CIPP Model) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบประเมินจำนวน 5 ฉบับ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ นายสิบนักเรียน ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และผู้บังคับบัญชาของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 434 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในแต่ละข้อด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC+ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ การประเมินบริบท พบว่า จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรทุกข้อสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคมปัจจุบันสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน พัฒนาด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ และเจตคติ ใช้ภาษาที่ชัดเจน สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้อยู่ในระดับมาก จำนวนชั่วโมงของกลุ่มวิชาและของรายวิชา ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมดี เนื้อหารายวิชาในหลักสูตรทุกรายวิชา มีความสอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร มีความถูกต้องทันสมัย สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการให้บริการพยาบาล และมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนเกณฑ์การวัดและประเมินผลทุกข้อมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นด้านอาจารย์ และนายสิบนักเรียน พบว่า การประเมินด้านอาจารย์และนายสิบนักเรียน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนทุกข้อ มีความเพียงพออยู่ในระดับมาก แต่มีคุณภาพและความสะดวกที่สถานศึกษาให้บริการอยู่ในระดับน้อย ด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า กระบวนการบริหารทุกข้อเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก การจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านผลผลิต พบว่า ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีคุณลักษณะทางวิชาชีพ ตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ในจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น จงรักภักดีต่อชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดen
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo evaluate the Senior Non-commissioned Officer Curriculum B.E. 2535 of the Royal Thai Army Medical Department. The CIPP model was employed as a conceptual framework for this study. The research instruments utilized for data collection were five questionnaire forms. The information was provided by administrators, instructors, senior non-commissioned officers, graduates and their superiors, total number 434. Data were analyzed by the program SPSS/PC+. The percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation for each topic were computed. Research findings showed as follows : Context evaluation results indicated that each curriculum objective were provided in accordance with social's and students' needs, students' development in cognitive, psychomotor, affective domains. Curriculum objectives were clearly stated and practicable. The curriculum structure was found to be appropriate. The subject contents in accordance with the objectives of curriculum and student's needs, the accurate of the contents, and the application in nursing services were appropriate at the high level. And the criteria of measurement and evaluation were revealed at the highly appropriate. Input evaluation showed that the instructors and senior non-commissioned officer readiness were found to be highly appropriate. The sufficient of instructional materials was at the high level, but the quality and the convenience in utilization of the materials were at the low level. In the process evaluation, it was found that administration process was appropriate at the high level. The instructional process was appropriate at the high level. Measurment and evaluation was appropriated at the high level as well.en
