| dc.description.abstract | ศึกษาสมรรถภาพที่จำเป็นของครูนักวิจัย และองค์ประกอบของสมรรถภาพครูนักวิจัย กรอบโครงสร้างและรายการสมรรถภาพของครูนักวิจัย ได้ถูกกำหนดจากเอกสารและรายงานการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง แล้วตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเหมาะสมของโครงสร้าง และรายการสำคัญของสมรรถภาพของครูนักวิจัยโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 15 คน จากนั้นได้สร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นของครูนักวิจัย ซึ่งเป็นครูที่มีตำแหน่งเป็น อาจารย์ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติจำนวน 348 คน นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ สกัดองค์ประกอบแบบภาพพจน์ และหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบออโธกอนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ข้อค้นพบมีดังนี้ 1. จากการสอบถามครูนักวิจัย พบว่า รายการสมรรถภาพครูนักวิจัยที่สำคัญและจำเป็นมากที่สุด ในการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ 10 รายการแรก คือ มีความรู้ในเนื้อหาวิชาที่สอนอย่างกว้างขวางลึกซึ้ง มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องหลักสูตร สามารถวิเคราะห์วินิจฉัยปัญหาและความต้องการที่แท้จริง ของนักเรียนได้อย่างถูกต้องตามความเป็นจริง มีความซื่อสัตย์และซื่อตรงในทางวิชาการ เป็นนักอ่าน มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานเป็นระบบ มีใจกว้าง รับฟังและเคารพความคิดเห็นทางวิชาการของผู้อื่น ศึกษาเอกสาร ตำรา และสื่อต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพครูอยู่เสมอ มีความคิดอิสระริเริ่มและสร้างสรรค์ และมีศรัทธาต่อการวิจัย 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ พบว่า สมรรถภาพที่สำคัญมี 7 องค์ประกอบ เรียงลำดับ คือ ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถในระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและการดำเนินการวิจัย ด้านทักษะในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน ด้านจรรยานักวิจัย ด้านบุคลิกภาพและคุณธรรมของครู ด้านทักษะในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ด้านความสามารถในการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้และการใช้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และด้านความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อความรู้ โดยที่องค์ประกอบทั้ง 7 ตัว ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของสมรรถภาพของครูนักวิจัยได้ร้อยละ 57.70 | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | To investigate the essential competencies and factor components of researcher teachers. The structure and lists of the researcher teachers' competencies were developed from a documentary study and were tested by 15 experts. Then, a questionnaire asking about the essential of the competencies were sent to 348 researcher teachers under the Office of National Primary Education Commission. Data were analyzed by the procedure of factor analysis using image and varimax rotation method. The research results were as follow : 1. The 10 most essential competencies of researcher teachers were concerning about : knowledge in subject, knowledge and used in curriculum, ability in analyzing students' problems, honesty, active reader, systematic, opened minded person, academic mined, creative thinging and having a good faith in research. 2. Results from the factor analysis indicated that these were 7 factors. They were knowledge and abilities in research methodology and procedure, development learning and teaching skills, researcher ethics, teachers' personality and moral, data collection skills, abilities in learning evaluation and using information, and abilities in analyzing and synthesizing knowledge. The 7 factors accounted for 57.70 percents of the total variance of researcher teachers' competencies. | en |
