dc.description.abstractalternative	This article concentrates on the online information retrieval services which is the modern international information services system ensuing from the integration of communication technology and computerization. It states that this online searching service will be in existence provided that the telecommunication network is available. The data communication or teleprocessing is explained by distinguishing into connecting system, sender-receiver code, sender-receiver method, error inspection, sender-receiver speed, connecting patterns, and sender-receiver media. Hardware and software are clarified in the consideration of the computerized system as a main instrument in providing information retrieval services. The article is concluded with a brief discussion on database management system.	en
