dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่อง "กระบวนการแสวงหาข้อมูลสารสนเทศของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 อ.ส.ม.ท. " นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อทราบถึงความต้องการข้อมูลสารสนเทศกระบวนการแสวงหาข้อมูลสารสนเทศ และกระบวนการนำข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ได้มาไปใช้ในการทำงาน โดยการวิจัยนี้จะศึกษาเฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานใน 9 ฝ่าย ของไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 คือ ฝ่ายบริหาร, ฝ่ายข่าว, ฝ่ายรายการ, ฝ่ายผลิตรายการ, ฝ่ายศิลปกรรม, ฝ่ายโฆษณา, ฝ่ายสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียง,ฝ่ายออกอากาศและฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ใช้ในงานวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้คือการสัมภาษณ์เชิงเจาะลึก ผลของการวิจัยนี้พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 อ.ส.ม.ท. มีความต้องการและสนใจในเรื่องข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำมาใช้เพื่อการทำงานตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับผิดชอบมอบหมาย แหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ได้มาจากเจ้าหน้าที่ในสถานีหรือหน่วยงานที่เป็นผู้ทราบข้อมูลสารสนเทศโดยตรง มากกว่าสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์หรือสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การนำไปประกอบในการทำงานขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของสถานี และวิจารณญาณส่วนบุคคลของเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะงานของฝ่ายบริหาร, ฝ่ายข่าว, ฝ่ายผลิตรายการ, ฝ่ายรายการ, ฝ่ายโฆษณา และฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบคือ การขาดการประสานงานที่ดีในด้านข้อมูลสารสนเทศระหว่างผู้บริหารระดับสูงและเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับปฏิบัติงาน การไม่ทราบว่าจะหาข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ต้องการใช้ประกอบการทำงานได้จากแหล่งใด รวมถึงทั้งความยากง่ายของการได้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานและความกังวลในเรื่องการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่บางคนขาดความกระตือรือร้น ในเรื่องความต้องการที่จะได้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อนำมาใช้ประกอบการทำงาน	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research "THE PROCESSING OF INFORMATION SEEKING OF THE THAI T.V. COLOR CHANNEL 3 M.C.O.T. is centered on three issues : the need for information, the process of information seeking and the process of taking the information given to use in jobs. This research paper aims to study only the staffs working for 9 departments in The Thai T.V. Color Channel 3 M.C.O.T. listed : Administrative Department, News Department, Program Department, Productive Department, Arts Department, Radio-Broadcasting Department, Advertisement Department, On-Air Department and Public Relations Department. The study was furthered by Qualitative research method, while the form and method used was an in-depth interview. This research found that the staff of The Thai T.V. Color Channel 3 M.C.O.T want and are interested in information issues related to their work. Furthermore, the proportion of information received from people both in and out of the organization is more than the information received from the press and their colleagues.Regarding the information received for use in job-related issues, the study illustrated that the staff thought it depended on the organization policy and their own thoughts; especially in the Administrative, News, Productive, Programming, Advertisment and Public Relations Department. By the way, there was a problem obstructing my study of this issue. This jobs work without co-ordinator between administrative and officer. It was hard to find the information needed, including that which partly inspired the staff to work hard on their jobs.	en
